As a resident who lives in close proximity to this apartment center, I cannot say that this institution provides good service. In the summer months there are mostly drunk tourists on the balconies partying late into the night. If you've had a busy week at work, this can be really annoying.

A very good alternative to a hotel! We were even able to flexibly change our arrival time via Booking on the day of arrival because we were unexpectedly stuck in a traffic jam. The apartment looked very good and modern, especially since the pictures created a different atmosphere. Towels, dishwashing items, etc. were also kindly provided. We also had a balcony with a beautiful view of the fortress. We also found the parking options in the inner courtyard to be very positive, as it could only be opened with the key, so not everyone has access there. There were washing machines in the basement, which made it possible to wash your own clothes etc. with small change.The office was staffed in the mornings, where we were always warmly welcomed and our open questions were always answered. I also found it extremely positive that I was able to print out some very important documents in the office, as there was no option nearby.Would definitely come again if I end up in Koblenz again!

Cheap alternative to hotels. Especially recommended for business travelers. You are simply independent with your own kitchen.Unproblematic communication via email. Flexible with travel planning. Facility OK. Certainly not always the newest, but clean and well maintained. Some of the furniture in my apartment was already new. Bed/mattress super comfortable. View of the Ehrenbreitstein Fortress is wonderful.Cleaning service once a week without any complaints.WiFi is even enough for streaming.Gladly again.

The apartment is in a quiet area. The room has a good layout and has everything you need. However, the WLAN cannot be used here (multiple timeouts if you receive it). But if you take a closer look, you can see that there is still a lot that needs to be done. The bathroom door loses its white foil. There are also places where you should paint over it again. Anyone who is here for a full week and relies on WiFi will not be happy here.

Super cheap hotel alternative, not far from the center of Koblenz. Great rooms, great beds and a balcony with a fantastic view of the Ehrenbreitstein Fortress. Well, the bathroom wasn't up to date, but it was fully functional and absolutely sufficient. Uncomplicated check inn, free parking and WiFi and the nearest supermarket with a really good bakery is almost on the doorstep. We really had a great week here last year and will definitely come back again.
