3 pleasant and beautiful overnight stays in a very hospitable atmosphere in a lovingly renovated half-timbered house. Our rooms were very spacious (including the bathroom) and what I would particularly like to mention is that you can order breakfast in advance so that there is no unnecessary waste. We will come back on our next stay in Herdecke.

A real gem with very personal service. Absolutely clean, the rooms are individual and spacious, all with lots of cozy half-timbering. Ms. Wendland runs the hotel with a lot of passion and is a truly excellent host. The breakfast can be put together individually and is of extremely high quality with organic products and fresh fruit.Thank you very much for the wonderful stay! Too bad it was only one night.

A hello to everyone who reads this, if you're not just looking for a place to sleep but a home, this is a good place for you. The management of the accommodation is very courteous and attentive. The breakfast is simple and good, the rooms are clean and comfortably furnished. We will definitely be back. Couple 70+ from Bielefeld 👍👍👍

TIPA bit hidden but quiet and still central. “Old” Herdeckers will love this place. Beautiful, individually designed rooms. A house with character. Warm welcome, relaxed breakfast and coffee area where you can retreat and enjoy a coffee looking out the large window. An adventure trip for “half-timbered fans”. Great welcome from Ms. Wendland. We'll be back.... Thank you

A dream of a hotel. I picked this gem on our Ruhr Valley cycle path tour. In addition to the very friendly welcome, the rooms were very clean and beautifully renovated without losing the old charm. It was also easy to park your bikes in the underground car park. Only the breakfast concept is not yet fully developed. Breakfast is not officially offered, but it is available upon request. Now we didn't really want a "giant chop" to be made just for us and so we went to the weekly market. Then there was a frikko roll on hand. ;-)

We stopped here on our Ruhrtalradweg tour. Booked in advance and received quick, great information. The hotel has been beautifully expanded, modern, but has not lost any of its former charm. We were welcomed very nicely and were also very well informed about coffee, tea and so on. Thank you for the great hospitality. We liked it very much.

We discovered a small, very individual gem! The wonderfully renovated house exudes a wonderful, natural atmosphere. Our room was large and the facilities were excellent. Add to that the great support from Ms. Wendland, we will definitely be back!
