There are several holiday apartments in the building complex that appear to be rented out under various providers/owners, so this review only refers to the publicly accessible rooms.Our accommodation was in house 2, access was easy and it was also easy to check in via the key safe. There is a vending machine where you can get snacks and drinks. Behind it is a fitness room that you can use for a fee.There is a games room with billiards, table tennis, table football, etc. There is also a small swimming pool, but we found the water temperature very cool here.You can also do laundry, but we had to go to the underground car park of the neighboring house and the route there is long. Unfortunately we had to run it several times because the dryer didn't work so well.Overall quite nice but also a bit outdated.

Super nicely furnished apartment. You feel at home. Uncomplicated check-in and easy access to the landlord if you have any questions. Indoor Swimming Pool. Quiet, great location right on the edge of the forest and the fun park for kids. We had a great time and would love to come back.
