WOW! If you are looking for the all-round package in perfection, you have come to the right place. We have rarely experienced a restaurant that combines sympathy, personality and excellent cuisine in this way. Great! The interior, the location and the panoramic view of the Schluchsee are an added bonus. Marius shows how to run a restaurant or hotel, thank you and see you soon! :D

Pop-up restaurant on the construction site, not far from the Swiss border. The evening begins in the future winter garden with a look into the future of Hotel Auerhahn. Visualizations, patterns of fabrics, paneling or floor coverings spark anticipation for what is to come.The evening in the restaurant, wonderfully relaxed and full of wonderful pleasures. YANN BOSSHAMMER and LOGAN SEIBERT were out together at Auerhahn for the first time this evening. They seem to complement each other wonderfully. We enjoyed every bite because it is subtle and creative cuisine that hits the heart. They refrain from pushing the flavor, saltiness or intensity to the extreme. And that's a good thing. I don't want to enjoy fashions or concepts, but rather timeless goodness. And main courses are rarely mine. But the Konro Grill duck was heavenly. And perfect service with a lot of warmth rounded off this evening in a slightly different restaurant.traumdepot.ch is coming back. That is clear.

The hotel itself is currently undergoing complete renovations, so I can't rate it, but it should be finished this year 🍀.There is currently a pop up restaurant in the future brasserie.Parking is directly at the hotel.There you can already see what it will be like later on through beautiful posters (from the bar) and a small model building (looks like a future vacation spot).It's also exciting that you walk over a small part of the construction site and this is also reflected in small accents in the restaurant/pop up.The food is incredibly delicious!!The service is very friendly and the wine recommendations were also very good.

We had dinner at the Auerhahn PopUp Restaurant last night!The price-performance ratio is very fair.The menu is a culinary highlight.Extraordinary compositions and combinations of ingredients, surprise and delight with an impressive, harmonious interplay of flavors and scents that remain unforgettable in the memory.Here, culinary art is celebrated at the highest level and enjoying the food is an absolute experience.The team is very friendly, courteous and attentive.As a guest you can feel like the most important person here.We'll definitely be back!

It's been a while since we've been to the Auerhahn. We would have liked the reception to be warmer. The trainee who was supposed to explain everything to us responded to our questions in a snappy and annoyed manner. His appearance was rather unkempt and his shirt was hanging out of his pants. All in all, rather inappropriate for a receptionist. The hotel complex and the room were very nice and we had a great view of the Schluchsee. The negative thing is that the internet connection is very limited, which is unfortunately no longer appropriate. The service staff were very friendly and accommodating. However, the dishes on offer offered a lot of room for improvement. There was a lack of taste and creativity here.

In principle a nice hotel, the rooms are good and clean and the wellness area is well maintained and easy to use. The menu, well... isn't bad but not really good either. The bar, well, you should already know which glass you use for which drink... overall, it's a pretty nice hotel but too expensive for the service on offer, there are better ones.

If you really want to switch off, then this is the right place for you. Sure, the traffic directly in front of the house can be a bit louder, but the view makes up for it. The restaurantis very great, the food is excellent. Particular mention should be made of Wilma and Mr. Düwel from the r+ service. Very attentive and quick. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The sauna area and pool world invite you to relax. The surroundings are unbeatable and bicycles and e-bikes can also be rented without any problems. We will definitely come back.
