Very nice cozy place. We were there on October 3rd. there. Beautiful hike in the forest. Rare mushrooms found, porcini mushrooms and curly hens.Again and again

I received a very friendly welcome from Stephanie and she took a lot of time to show me the pitches and the infrastructure. Everything is great! It's a very idyllic onePlace in the middle of nature. Been there twice as a stopover. A very friendly welcome, a very nice small campsite. Nice clean sanitary facilities. Beautiful environment there. Was great twice.

We used the parking space at Schmitt'n Hof to visit the cultural summer (Oti the Schmelzer) in Oberschwappach.Ideal from the distance.The owners are friendly and accommodating.The location is on the outskirts and very quiet. The sanitary facilities are clean and well maintained.

The positive:Beautiful gem!Here you can retreat and there is only peace and quiet and no hustle and bustle.The negative:No card payment,Just a shower,Extremely narrow paths and very small parking spaces,No residual waste disposal possible,No blue power sockets and no occupied reception.Basically, this is just not a campsite. Just a slightly better parking space and the prices are much, much too high for that. A campsite costs around eight euros more per night, but it offers significantly more service.This place would have earned five stars if it were at least 30% cheaper. A better pitch shouldn't cost as much as a full-fledged campsite. This is also unfair to the campsites.

We spent some lovely days with the Schmitt family. The pitches are good, as are the sanitary facilities. And the family are super nice and helpful hosts!

At the end of our first motorhome trip we wanted to drive to a farm with animals. After a short research we came across the Schmitt'n Hof. Coordinated over the phone, which went great. Then arrived on site, very nice contact. Loving parking space. Gladly again.

Spent 3 super nice, quiet days. Individually designed camping garden, dear hosts, delicious wine! There was a football field nearby for the children and our dog felt right at home too! We'll be back!

We were invited to an 86th birthday, which was celebrated at Schmitt'n Hof.We were there for the first time.Ambience is very cozy and tasteful.Food was very rich, a good selection and it was very, very tasty!All salads homemade...you can taste it!Service and service great!It was a beautiful evening.Thank you ❤️

Small, very quiet, cozy place with 12 parking spaces. Lovingly designed garden with nice little things to discover. As cyclists with a tent, we felt very comfortable there.

Very good address for cyclists, but there are only restaurants on site in the evenings on weekends. Very well-kept place, very familiar, very quiet, sanitary area "like at home" :-)
