Beautifully designed complex with lots of small sleeping options. We stayed in the elf fairy tree house, a very nice decorated house. Beautiful and well maintained facility. Sanitary facilities ok. Clean, but far too small and the smell is sometimes bad. Otherwise an exceptionally nice place to stay overnight.

Romantic overnight stay with lots of nature around. Fire/barbecue area in every car. Sanitary facilities clean. Shower cubicles with toilet and small sink. Unfortunately the responsible person was not present at breakfast. (Additional information, questions, etc.) Selection okay. Coffee from a thermos flask is okay.

Our plan was to enjoy peace and quiet. It worked, but a lot of things could be improved. It would have been great to have at least a kettle and 2-3 cups/glasses in the car so that you could at least make coffee or tea when it was colder. When we asked if we could get a coffee, options in the area were recommended to us, not on site. The sanitary facilities should be covered, no separation between males and females, everything gets wet even outside the cabins when someone showers. For so many people on the site, 5 cabins, 4 of them with a shower and toilet, are very cramped. Cleanliness should also be better. Breakfast simple but ok, very narrow and prescribed places. All in all, the price-performance ratio is not right. The environment is great and worth seeing.

No goodwill in the event of illness or if someone is missing during the overnight stay. Almost full costs are charged for a sick child. This is totally dubious and uncooperative.

Hands off! Bad value for money. Breakfast room old-fashioned, but certainly not homely.No goodwill for illness. Each bed is billed, even if a partial group arrives separately so that you don't have to cancel completely.Not recommended!

We spent one night here with breakfast together for 239 euros.The day was a pure disappointment for us. Everything is tight, sanitary rooms, shower facilities are pure disaster as everything is too narrow.I have never had such a simple breakfast on an unclean table anywhere.Firewood and WiFi are offered, but only for an additional charge and the price is overpriced anyway. Not real tree houses, but houses on stilts in a small garden. For half the price it might be worth an experience, but for me that's out of the question because of the cramped sanitary facilities.

Very nice, very special shepherd's wagon and tree house hotel. From the reception to the farewell, we were completely satisfied, nothing was missing, everything was explained very well. The complex is really well designed, there is a lot to discover in an idyllic, quiet location. Well-maintained sanitary facilities. We would love to come back 🙂👍

The slightly different accommodation.If you want to do something extraordinary, this is the right place for you.We stayed in the goblin tree house and thought it was really nice.The sauna is nice, the sanitary area was clean. The pool was a bit cold but okay at 30 degrees.The prices are okay.Breakfast under your own tree house is cool.It was nice, thank you. You can come here.

We were given a weekend in the Schäferwagen Hotel as a gift from our son...as soon as we arrived you could feel that the entire facility was run with a lot of joy and passion. Chef Matthias personally brought us to our weekend home....and we immediately had a wonderful get-together...the entire area is magical...the beautifully decorated houses and shepherd's wagons are hidden in the green everywhere... ...with the fire pits in front of every property, the great grounds and the small swimming pool.... such a little break is a great experience for young and old... and especially for kids... breakfast is served lovingly and deliciously prepared... showers and sanitary everything is top.... all wishes are fulfilled as far as possible.... and as already said..... the boss of the whole "Matthias" is simply a real beast.. ..we thought our weekend was great and will definitely be back...Jürgen and Martina from No.8Mathias and Ingrid from No.3

We had a really great weekend first in the witch tree house and then in the shepherd's wagon.The grounds are beautiful, lots of green and lots of birds. There is a pool, sauna, 24/7 drinks fridge, barbecue area and a delicious breakfast.There is good hiking in the area and there is a swimming lake nearby.The owner is really nice, relaxed and uncomplicated. Really a great experience! :-)

Something very special. We spent the night in the goblin tree tent. No frills, just nature. It was very comfortable, not cold and exceptional. We spent the evening around the campfire. We'd love to come back!

We actually stayed at the Koboldbaum House for 2 nights,The emphasis is on actually the weather was really bad cold and rain,On the day of arrival we asked if we could get another accommodation and the boss told us that everything was occupied.So then we spent one night in the BBH, it was neither comfortable nor clean, there were cobwebs and dead insects everywhere, then I had no way to change properly because it dripped everywhere and everything was wet.Price performance just doesn't fit for 150 euros a night, I expect cleanliness.The toilets and showers are okay, even if everything wasn't dirty here, camping or not,But cleanliness is possible no matter where you are and pay for it.The breakfast 15 euros per person is absolutely too expensive for what you get.So then we left early because I got sick and there was no accomodation. I paid 150 euros in full for the second night plus 30 euros for breakfast.This is a joke and an impudence.Not really recommended.

Magical ambience, lovingly designed “sleeping units”! Mr. Fahl is an artist and his wife is a fairy godmother! We felt so warmly welcomed, like never before! The breakfast was very good and finally great coffee 😊! If you have to go with or without children, we'll be back and for longer! Thank you, your Viennese!
