There were four of us in UFO47 and we felt very comfortable. We were warmly welcomed by the Baumann family and everything was ready for a lovely weekend! The UFO is lovingly decorated inside and out and you immediately feel at home! We also really liked the sauna and the swimming pond. We can recommend everyone to stay there!

An absolutely fantastic house, superbly designed and crafted, carefully looked after, in beautiful surroundings. Very aesthetic living situation, pleasant furnishings, especially the very carefully crafted wooden floors give a comfortable feeling of living. Beautiful views on all four sides, including the pond and the darting swallows. For these reasons, the weather outside doesn't matter; the house is a treasure in every situation.

The UFO is an extraordinary place: great architecture, beautiful nature and hosts who leave nothing to be desired. Very tasteful atmosphere, fantastic facilities, a kitchen and bathroom that you would like to have at home. Our stay at Ufo47 was balm for the soul...light, peace, nature, summer! This unique accommodation has been furnished and equipped to a very high standard, with great attention to detail and with the well-being of the guests in mind. The architecture and location with views of the surrounding fields and forests from all sides, in complete peace, so wonderful. I really enjoyed swimming in the swimming pond with dragonflies and swallows, as well as taking a sauna with a view. Even your physical well-being was taken care of with delicious, regional food in a welcome basket and a stocked refrigerator. Thank you for this fantastic accommodation and the harmonious overall concept. Thank you, dear Silvia, for your trustworthy, uncomplicated, attentive and yet discreet support.

The “UFO 47” in Königsberg-Köslau is called an “unusual holiday home property”. And yes - it really is.Just arriving is impressive. You walk into the architecturally unique house as if on a gangway, arrive in the light-flooded entrance/kitchen area, look through the huge round "porthole" to the sauna house and the swimming pond and the whole house is dominated by the wood stove hanging from the ceiling - the Heart of the house and the ultimate place to feel good, at least when you are a guest in cooler seasons.In addition, you immediately feel warmly welcomed. Host Silvia is friendly and helpful and welcomes you with a selection of regional delicacies: fruit, cheese, sausage, yoghurt, Franconian beer, pasta, cake... so if you don't want to go shopping straight away after your arrival - no problem at all.Anyone who goes on vacation here should particularly value one thing: peace, relaxation, recreation. Then you've come to the right place. Three terraces invite you to linger, you can snuggle up on lounge cushions in the porthole, the hanging stove with glazing all around is a dream, the sauna, swimming pond and a bench with infrared light in the bathroom make the UFO seem like a small wellness oasis. The beds are huge and spacious and comfortable even for tall people. In any case, the UFU has high-quality equipment.Köslau itself is a small Franconian village without any notable tourist highlights, restaurants or shopping opportunities. So traveling without a car wouldn't be a good idea, you'll need it. But then the most beautiful cities in Franconia are almost at your feet. For example, it takes less than 20 minutes to drive to beautiful Bamberg. It's not far from picturesque small towns (Königsberg itself is a real insider tip) to cities like Würzburg, Coburg, Rothenburg or Nuremberg.So if you want to use a holiday for pure relaxation, want to live with quality, want to feel welcome and valued as a guest, don't need any tourist action on your doorstep, are mobile and enjoy the Franconian way of life, wine and cuisine in the surrounding towns - then this is it the UFO is more than just worth a stay.

You feel comfortable here every second. The architecture is aesthetic both inside and out but at the same time functional. High-quality furnishings and of course as highlights: fireplace, swimming pond and the porthole to sit in.

A true paradise for anyone looking for a break. When you arrive from the big city, you think you have tinnitus because it is so quiet there =)) Great furnishings in the rooms, which are produced by the hosts (they have a carpentry shop) themselves. Very nice natural pool. Great host with excellent taste – even when it comes to beer! Chef Thomas always brews beer on Sundays. If you ask nicely, you can also taste it! Boss Silvia sometimes bakes her own fresh bread for breakfast and ensures a great stay with great attention to detail. There are still some very nice excursion destinations in the region if you are looking for something to pass the time. I haven't stayed in the new UFO47 yet (I've already been there 5 times), but it looks very promising - hopefully next time!
