Not vegetarian friendly necessarily but they did their best to accommodate. Meat eaters will have a great experience. My colleague had the pork and it was delicious. Great selection of wines and beers in a very traditional setting.

Attention rip-off from the service!!! Money is simply taken and the service simply goes away!! When asked what happened to the change, they simply shrug their shoulders and move on! …

We booked last minute, for one night to visit the Black Forest. We had a nice large family room, perfect for 2 adults and 2 children. Very clean and helpful staff.  …

We booked our room online, and when we arrived later in the evening (around 20.00) the manager was not present and the only one we could get help from couldn't speak any english - only italian and german. Anyhow, the kind man helped us with our room so we could get some sleep. The next morning, the lady in charge of the hotel helped us and she served me and my family breakfast. The woman spoke english so everything got so much easier. When we checked out, she told us there was a tax they had to add to our fee (2.5 euro per person). She showed us some paper written in german we didn't understand and she told us it was a fee that went to the "city". We didn't know what to believe, but paid the additional sum. For a room that costed 90 euros from the start it was risen a couple percent 😳 All in all it was a low budget kind of hotel, but the people in charge were kind and tried to meet our demands.

Surreal owner. We arrive and find it closed. After a few minutes we find a bell. A lady opens the door and asks us to see the reservation on her smartphone. He wants to see at what price we got it. Only then does he take us to the room and set it up at that moment. The restaurant doesn't work. We are the only customers present in the structure. Breakfast is good. The attendant is very courteous. Cappuccino to avoid.

The place is clean, the owner is a good person, but when we arrived there was no one. We contacted a neighbor and they called a man who opened the inn for us, the owner arrived later. The place was closed to the public, there was no one but the 5 of us, you sleep well and have a good breakfast, it is far from the center, they do not give an invoice, only a receipt. They only receive cash.

We were on our trip to Switzerland from France. We stayed one night, reached here around 8 in the evening. The tickets were booked through hotel.com. The rooms were not ready, so there were some last minute adjustments to set it up. …

Clean rooms, good location but NO restaurant for dinner. We had to drive into Triberg in a rain storm to find food.
