Very nice hotel, spacious apartment, very nicely furnished with living and dining area, kitchenette with refrigerator, stove, microwave and dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, 2 bedrooms, bathroom with shower, 50 m from the beach, parking available, coffee and tea too In the lounge at any time, French breakfast to take with you to the apartment, very friendly staff

Beautiful accommodation in an incredibly beautiful location right by the sea. We had a wonderful view from our room and were very central between Kühlungsborn East and West. Everything was very clean and everything you needed was there. Staff super friendly, accommodating and helpful. Nice idea with the small breakfast as an additional service. We'd love to come back. :)

Room = unfortunately getting old, could use an upgrade. Nothing broken or defective, but partly no longer up to date. But well equipped!In addition, everything wasn't really clean, it was cleaned very carelessly. Is done by a service provider... well, the toilet brush stinks extremely... dust everywhere... kitchen equipped so-so.Service = Would you say a bit cold? Sometimes difficult to assess. But still helpful.Location = 50 m to the beach and the concert garden right in front of the door! 200 m further shopping street! Really mega and can't be topped because it's very well located!Other = Very cool little breakfast included, you just pick up everything and have breakfast in the apartment.Conclusion:Location, location, location. Unbeatable. But we probably won't come back.

We were more than thrilled with the aparthotel “Villa am Konzertgarten” because the location of the hotel was more than perfect. A minute's walk and you're on the beach in Kühlungsborn. On the other hand, we thought the breakfast concept was fantastic! You could take breakfast to your own room and have breakfast in the room (balcony) in a private atmosphere. Great concept! The rooms were extremely large and modern. We had a room where you had complete privacy and didn't disturb any other guest. I would also like to say that the staff was very friendly. We were welcomed with a very warm smile and the care was sensational. We had wonderful Pentecost days and would like to thank the team at the aparthotel “Villa am Konzertgarten”.

The most expensive shower curtain I have ever booked. This accommodation facility is trimmed for maximum profit. Unfortunately we didn't look closely enough at the photos beforehand; there was a shower curtain included. The staff are very friendly, but that doesn't help when you pay €1,694 for 7 nights in a double room with a fitted kitchen. 121€/person/night. You should have breakfast in your room, and as it says in the description, French breakfast. 3 cheap rolls with butter, buko, Kiribati Kiri, various jams and Nutella. A coffee machine that can do everything, beware praise, but for the number of people staying in this establishment another machine should be provided. All in all, NO thanks not again. The reception by the service staff was unusually nice and accommodating. We were allowed into the room ahead of time and were personally accompanied there. The apartment had everything we needed, especially an exceptionally comfortable bed, small kitchenette, a beach chair on the terrace facing the sea, plenty of storage space, daily room service and parking right in front of the door. The French breakfast was completely sufficient for us, especially since we had a spacious refrigerator. You could use the fully automatic coffee machine until 6 p.m. and there were also rolls. We felt very comfortable during the week and can recommend the house without reservation.

What lovely hosts.A very nice little aparthotel. You have everything you need. Two small suggestions that I only have: A croissant should be included in a small French breakfast, and a second fully automatic coffee machine would make sense. Still a great hotel and just walk across the street and you're on the promenade. Just great.

Great location, only about 50 meters from the beach. The apartment is big enough and nicely decorated. The employees were very nice and always had a kind word. In the morning you could get rolls, coffee, butter, jam, honey and a few other little things in a breakfast room and have breakfast in the apartment. Without any extra costs. It was also commendable that rolls left over from breakfast were placed in a basket in the reception area and you could take them with you later. The only small negative point was the kitchen equipment. Some things that were part of the basic equipment were missing (e.g. drinking glasses (there were only wine glasses), a sieve for draining pasta or drying salad, coasters, cutting board, peeler, etc.)

The prices for direct booking are significantly higher than for Booking. Unfriendly staff who don't seem to care whether you book or not. Paying in cash is not welcome. Cannot recommend the villa.

Change of scenery! In this case, the Baltic Sea always offers a relaxing balance to the dreary everyday life and actively helps you wind down. The accommodation at the aparthotel at Ostseeallee 11 in Kühlungsborn was ideal in terms of the size of the rooms, the furnishings of the apartment and the location in town. The vehicle was parked directly behind the house and remained there throughout the vacation period. Everything was within walking distance and children's fun was also available every 20 minutes, as there were many playgrounds in the surrounding area to provide distraction.The French breakfast offered by the accommodation was sufficient and for the sweet ones among us there was an optimal selection for the morning. There wasn't much of a hearty selection, but various supermarkets around offered plenty of options to stock up on.Issue of cleanliness and order: In one place or another, various signs of wear and tear can be seen on the furniture and walls. But that happens when families with small children/children constantly come and go.The hygienic measures and items (such as towels and bed linen) were neither dirty nor unclean. The daily change of towels by the cleaning staff was possible at any time. They were always friendly, courteous and helpful.Despite the renovations that are currently taking place on the external appearance of the building, there was no perceived noise pollution as a disruption, nor were there any other potential sources of disruption that remain in the memory as a negative flaw.That's why 5 stars from me!
