Unfortunately, the pictures do not correspond to reality. A little older and not quite as fresh anymore. Dirty carpets, plastic plants and zero flair. Minibar was empty. There was no menu for eating and only a buffet. This consisted of goulash and zander. The taste is more of a youth hostel level and not what you would expect in a restaurant. I raised problems at reception but unfortunately they didn't want to help us. That was the first and last time here.

A very nice hotel, highly recommended. Spa area with many saunas and a swimming pool is wonderful, you can relax here all day long. The staff is very friendly and helpful. One of the best hotels in the Black Forest!

Unfortunately, the 4 star hotel plus did not meet our expectations at all. The hotel is very old. Old disgusting carpets everywhere and there were limescale stains in the toilets and showers. …

Very enjoyable old songs from 70s and 80s the golden era of music of this type and other genres using above all electric instruments which gave a whole new sound. This set was acoustic with some effects added but effective and enthusiastic singers from a local duo from Lorrach. Audience mainly over 60 participated eagerly to experience a bit of nostalgia myself included !

We were so disappointed, our room wasn't cleaned even though we didn't give a chestnut, the safe wasn't repaired even though we said so several times. The food was really great on Tuesday, but what does a Baden evening have to do with mashed potatoes and creamed spinach with rice. We can always eat all of this. We were looking forward to Maultaschen, steamed dumplings, Bible cheese or Baden potato salad. But none of it was served. And by a giant sundae I mean something different. Everything else is getting old, including the roof terrace. Terrible. For us it was by far the worst hotel we have ever had. And we really spent a lot of money on it. We're pretty sad because we expected a lot from the advertising. In addition, we were only offered a nicer and larger room. But it was really very small and dark. Terrible!

Our family was very pleased to stay 3 nights at Fini Reaort! Even though we are Asian, the culinary culture is different from Europe, but our family eats here and finds it very delicious and the service is very attentive!When we have the opportunity to return, we will consider staying at this Fini Resort again if the price is competitive and suitable!Thank you to the receptionists who enthusiastically guided and supported us to continue our journey to Paris!

All in all, a lovely stay in Badenweiler - a true discovery, this health resort! However, the hotel itself did not offer what it promised for the hefty price of the gourmet break. The dinner is provided for self-service, undecorated: 2 different dishes in warming containers (we had to request a vegetarian alternative), the salad buffet was without variety and limited to basics. Despite the beautiful weather, there was no live barbecue on the terrace but again in the containers. We were particularly looking forward to the open-air barbecue (according to the photo). Absolutely positive: very nice staff, especially at the reception! The management is lucky and the staff makes up for some of the existing deficiencies. Many thanks to the dedicated employees! 💓 Note to management: the short opening times (reception only until 6 p.m., handing out towels for wellness only 3 times a day during festival times) and a few other details mean for us: not a 4-star standard. The swimming pool and the live music evening were our personal highlights.

The friendliness and service are unbeatable. Our room was very dark and the bathroom was incredibly small. The food was very tasty, although there was the same salad at the buffet every day. Unfortunately, the dessert was on the buffet unrefrigerated.

We were very disappointed with this hotel. It doesn't look nice from the outside and it's getting very old. Food was more like canteen food and when we came to eat a little later, it happened to us that there was nothing left, just the mush that was left. Alternatively, nothing was offered.So with 3 stars it would be rated well.So you guys have never been to a 4 star hotel. I will never go to this hotel again. But I have to praise the breakfast and the service in the morning.

The hotel is located very high up on the mountain and you have to hike/walk a bit to get to something, but it's worth it. The area is very nice to explore and there is a lot to discover outside (on foot or by bike)E-bikes are also available for hire at the hotel, making it easy to reach everything.Unfortunately, we discovered that the hotel has problems with too few staff, who quickly become overwhelmed. But everyone was quite friendly.The food and drinks were delicious, we can't complainThe hotel itself offers some beautiful places or experiences, such as live events on Thursdays, which you can also enjoy up on the roof terraceThe hotel itself has nice ideas about how the rooms and floors are structured based on themes (Romans, historians, etc.) but unfortunately some things no longer work or are outdated. We would be happy if some things were put back in order before our next visit.There were a few shortcomings, but we can still say more positive things than negative things.We found our stay to be a success.

We have been coming to Fini Resort every year for 10 years. Several floors have been renovated and the hotel is well maintained and cozy. Very tasty food and you can rent e-bikes. There are wonderful tours from Badenweiler, for example to Bürgeln Castle. The swimming pool is beautiful and open daily from 7am to 10pm. We have used it a lot and for that reason alone we always like to come back!

The hotel is a bit old on the outside, but inside it was nice and clean.Our room was a bit small and there was only room for one person in the bathroom, but there should also be other more modern rooms.The staff was very nice and quick.The wellness and spa area is nice, there are several saunas and steam baths, outside there is a large Finnish sauna and several small relaxation areas.The massage and the cold chamber are recommended with very nice staff.Performance price ratio was right.We liked it very much👍

We really like it here at the Fini Resort Badenweiler and would love to come back. The food in the restaurant is very tasty. At breakfast there is everything your heart desires. The application was also very relaxing.

We were here once before 2 years ago. Unfortunately it is no longer what it was.Still a great resort with a very attractive spa. Nothing to say against it.The room made a good impression at first glance. Unfortunately it was below ground level and was correspondingly dark. And a closer look also reveals defects.The staff tried very hard and resolved all complaints immediately.The dinner also lost a little of its class. Still good, but lost compared to last time.Far too few staff (yes, I know everyone has that problem), but you had to wait a long time in the afternoon.Conclusion: Not really dissatisfied but unfortunately not the way it was.I think our next visit will take a while.

Super old and not very clean. Advertising images are not current. The breakfast was ok, otherwise there is an overpriced buffet in the evening. No fitness room (under renovation, what remains is totally filthy), no tea or fruit in the spa. We were disappointed and wouldn't go back.
