Unfortunately delayed due to illness, but a promise is a promise.It's a nice place to stay with a nice owner who doesn't put up with anything. In a positive sense.I was there for work for 3 weeks.The surroundings are very beautiful and above all it is super quiet.I had the rock n roll pofe and felt very comfortable.It's not for everyone. You have to like it or try it out.I tried it and have to say it was great.The only drawback, but I think not everyone sees it the same way, but that's a good thing because people are different, was the shared toilet and shared shower.Otherwise there is nothing I can complain about.The highlight of the whole thing was a great barbecue evening with residents and the owners of the pottpofe. Was a fun evening. Unfortunately nothing came of a second time.Good luck and continued success. If I'm in the area again, I'll almost certainly come back. Maybe there will be a toilet and shower just for me 😁 just for fun 😉

Tl;dr: Top accommodation, flexible timings, clean and tidy, quiet location for an unbeatable price!And here again in a little more detail:I ended up in the area quite spontaneously, so I needed accommodation at fairly short notice that fits into my student budget - and I was really lucky with Pottpofe!The answer and confirmation came super quickly; The fact that my arrival time wasn't entirely certain wasn't a problem either, which was great and much more relaxing for me. Everything was explained to me briefly and clearly on site, the most important things were shown to me and where I could find someone if I needed something.The accommodation itself was a dream! Small, but exactly what I was looking for.The bathroom was ultra cool, not only because it was beautifully decorated, but especially because it was so clean. There were towels, shower things, a hairdryer - the full program, which is ideal for someone like me who likes to travel light!The associated kitchen was fully equipped, and for a small fee you could even help yourself to the supplies.What I liked best was the location! Quiet, but close enough to everything that I could travel from A to B quickly.A quiet spot, super tidy, totally clean - if I end up here again, I'll come back straight away! <3

I changed pots once and came from Dortmund for a short trip. I felt very comfortable in the buddy. Was able to relax well. Very helpful landlady and team.

I was able to spend a few days in the tiny house.Hostess was super nice.Cleanliness was also great.The separate kitchen had drinks and food on offer for small prices if you ran out of food.I would come again and again. Thanks!

Quiet location and still everything you need close by. The rooms are each cozy in their own way and very clean! You have the option of self-catering, and drinks and food are always available for a small fee.The stay was very pleasant all around and also quite cheap.Thank you very much Nicole

I really enjoyed the peace and quiet in the cute tiny house. Feels like you're in the country and yet right in the middle of the pot.I had everything I needed. Peace and quiet... an extra kitchen and good sanitary facilities.As it should be in Pott, everything is communicated lovingly and directly, help is provided quickly and easily and the price/performance ratio was also top for me👍The location is great. Whether it's a walk in the Mattlerbusch, a sauna or visiting the rest of the pot, everything is nearby 🙏

I think the concept of "buddy" is a great idea that probably doesn't exist anywhere else.I was visited almost every day by the cat Siggi, a nice little cuddly tiger 🐾The rooms are modern and furnished with the Ruhr area theme.the landlady is very friendly and helpful.I would like to thank you for the short stayand can only recommend everyone to visit the Pottpofen

Quiet area, small room, pushy landlady, washing machine 5 euros but no fabric softener and the cheapest detergent. The room was full of mosquitoes. Almost daily calls from the landlady: stove is dirty, window is open, and she also called me because of the recession in Google and was horrified by my complaint. In the end she bilked me 80 euros because of a carpet that was dirty and had it She got dirty while cleaning or it was the cleaning lady. It didn't bother me that there were dogs in the house, but if you don't like dogs you should think twice. Otherwise it was ok, the bathroom was modern but also full of mosquitoes... I still have nightmares today.

A friend gave me this accommodation. I was warmly welcomed by Nicole and treated to a Warsteiner and (3) very tasty liqueur from the “Schwarzer Ross” in the evening. This led to a pleasant chat with the hostess. The Pütt room was very comfortable and equipped with everything you need. I can highly recommend the Pottpofe to every travelerKind regards, K-H Naeve

I was in the "buddy" for 4 weeks. The apartment is cozy and furnished with heart and soul. In addition to your own small kitchen corner, there is a shared kitchen which also has an oven. The landlady also offers a few drinks and meals there. The prices are okay, they are intended more as an “emergency”. The location is very quiet, I always called it a “little oasis”. There is a covered outdoor area for smoking, chilling, eating or working. There are various shops and gas stations nearby. The landlady is extremely friendly and helpful. Booking was uncomplicated. I would book at the “Pofe” again at any time!!!

So I traveled to Duisburg to work and then at night. My employer booked me this accommodation and what can I say, it was a good decision.The location of Pottpofe is quiet, you almost feel like you are in the village. But apart from that, I can also recommend this accommodation to anyone who wants to go on a discovery tour through the Ruhr area by bike! The former HOAG railway route runs just a few meters behind the house.
