Best location, very friendly staff, nice rooms.We had a room with a sea view, which is of course very cool!The saunas and pool are clean and beautiful, you feel comfortable. The relaxation areas alone are very relaxing because there are different options and rooms.Small drawback, but complaining on a high level:The breakfast is good, although a little more choice of cold cuts would be nice. But that was about it for negative criticism.Full 5 stars!

We were very impressed by the staff, all very friendly and politely accommodating. The spa area has a very nice style? The ladies on the late shift were very friendly and the massage was excellent, what I personally didn't like was that the pool was too cold even though it should have been 26 degrees but unfortunately it felt like it was only 20 at most. The hotel is located on a very sunny slope nice little place. The rooms were always clean. The magic fairies did a great job, thanks to the ladies.A very large breakfast buffet with everything your heart desires, cheese, sausage, vegetables, fish spreads, muesli and fresh rolls. And it was always replenished. Would love to come back.Thanks to the entire team

Of course the hotel has a great location. However, we were very disappointed with the rooms. Many comments below describe the “state of affairs” - it is very worn, outdated and does not correspond to the price/performance ratio at all.The breakfast was “okay” - the staff was also very friendly and accommodating. We stayed at the Ambassador Hotel as a couple from October 3rd to October 6th, 2024 and booked the “Feel Free” package. Room Landblick No. 315. Contents: A 4-course dinner on the 2nd evening with an aperitif, a €100 wellness credit per person and a welcome bottle of wine in the room.The room was quiet and clean. The chair at the desk alone was very unpleasant. The faux leather cover had many small tears and small areas were already missing. Uncomfortable if you want to sit on it in your underwear. The wine was in 0.375l, red and good. (Dornfelder) Room service good.The wellness bag was equipped with a bathrobe, a large towel and comfortable slippers. We were surprised because it usually comes with a small towel. But since there are usually towels in the wellness area, no problem. UNFORTUNATELY there were NO other towels there, so you had to dry yourself with the one large towel after showering, use it for the loungers as a base for your head and a base for the sauna. The towel was then already damp or wet. Not super hygienic!! The sauna area was good with a steam bath (45 degrees) and two saunas and relaxation rooms. However, there are deductions there too. It was really loud in the steam bath, with noises from machines or devices, as was the bio sauna. NOT very relaxing. In addition, the feet were cold and even after a good 15 minutes in the steam bath, only the front side of the upper body was warm, the entire back and legs were still cold. In our opinion, the relaxation rooms were also too cold. Luckily there were blankets to wrap ourselves up in. The existing swimming pool was very cold, even after swimming quickly for a few lengths you didn't feel warm.Now the SPA area, something doesn't seem right here!!I'll try to keep it short. Poor telephone accessibility. A call was called back and the booking was then made via email. Here I booked two traditional Indian full body massages for €98 each, as it said on the note we received from reception when we booked, lasting 60 minutes. I attached the note as a picture. I would like to say again that as a sports watch wearer, I always have my watch with me and only take it off shortly before the treatment and put it back on again immediately afterwards!! The massage appointment started 15 minutes late. It was also asked beforehand whether it should be the traditional Indian full body massage. Yes, it should. Here I have to mention that the massage was good to very good. Afterwards there was tea and a foot bath. Here I looked at the watch and put it back on. 68 minutes had passed. After the foot bath, my husband was already in the relaxation room and I had to sign two pieces of paper with treatment costs of €159 per person. When asked, the employee said there was only one Indian full body massage and it cost that much and lasted 100 minutes. Since I was unsure and of course didn't have my cell phone with me, I signed first because the treatment was longer than 60 minutes. My husband only got his tea in the relaxation room. We then went to the roof terrace as the weather was great. When my husband finished his tea, I looked at the clock again and only a maximum of 85 minutes had passed. So DEFINITELY not 100 minutes. Back in the room I checked my email and found that the massage was only priced at €149. I then tried to clarify this by phone at 5:35 p.m. Only the tape was running. The next day I also tried to reach someone in person at the SPA at 10 a.m. and 12 p.m., without success. I'll save you all the back and forth here.UNFORTUNATELY I CANNOT WRITE ANY MORE IN THIS RECESSION; BECAUSE THIS IS LIMITED! THERE'S MUCH MORE TO REPORT:Therefore, be careful, take a watch with you into the SPA area to check the duration of the treatment!!Unfortunately I cannot upload the image of the Aumaris price list

Great location, right on the 'Seebrücke'. In the new building there is a large room with a great bathroom and huge shower. Toilet in extra room. Rich breakfast. Parking spaces outside are ok, very tight in the TG. The energy flat rate of 3.50 / day surprised me. On the HP in the small print. Therefore 2 points deducted for service.

Location couldn't be better, beautiful view of the sea.Rooms in the old part very 90s style. The bathroom doesn't work at all. We reported that the shower was broken but it wasn't repaired. We fixed it ourselves.Facade needs to be renovated.Underground parking is not possible these daysBreakfast is four and a half starsNeither, too little selection and always the same, no freshly prepared scrambled eggs etc. Price performance doesn't match.Breakfast team and bar very friendly and helpful ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Reception sometimes friendly, sometimes less friendly, it needs to be worked on, it can be improved.
