I had a wonderful stay in this accommodation! The rooms are tastefully and modernly furnished and offer a very pleasant atmosphere. I found the cleanliness particularly impressive - both the room and the entire facility were absolutely well maintained and immaculate. Check-in and check-out went smoothly and uncomplicated, which made arrival and departure particularly pleasant. I would stay here again at any time and can only recommend it!

Been staying at the boarding house for the past three months, rooms are very comfortable, housekeeping twice a week, internet is good, free parking and a ten minute walk to the town centre.Very friendly staff who are always available to help.I highly recommend this hotel

Large, clean and well-furnished rooms, sufficient parking spaces available, free tea and coffee, well-equipped kitchen including fridge, good starting point to explore Emden and the surrounding area, people friendly and helpful, I hadn't booked breakfast - so I can't comment.I received a price request for my next planned stay immediately, but it was more expensive than via Booking....?The next stay has already been booked...I absolutely recommend this apartment house

We were there over the weekend as a friends weekend. Everything was great, the rooms were super modern, clean and the beds were super comfortable, everything was perfect :) we would only recommend it.The only thing that was a shame was that the breakfast room was very small. We had to wait a bit for a table. I felt so sorry for the lady who worked there, she was all alone and couldn't keep up with refilling coffee, making coffee, etc. Especially on the weekend we had to be there 2 people standing...she did a wonderful job, but she couldn't do it alone...we still have to work on it here:)

We spent a few days on a short vacation in Quartier 96 from September 23rd to September 27th, 2024. Instead of the room we booked, we got an apartment with a living/dining room and kitchen, a bedroom with a walk-in closet, a bathroom with a huge shower and a small balcony at no extra cost. Everything was clean and well maintained. It is just under 1.5 km to the city center with the museum harbor and there is a lot of greenery nearby with the wall. We would come here again at any time.

Very nice apartments. Breakfast is now also available. There are even one or two dishwasher tablets, garbage bags, oven paper, etc. The rooms are also cleaned once a week.

I spent 4 nights there.Positive:-Large kitchen-Large bathroom-Large room with enough cupboards and seatingNegative:-No air conditioning but also no fly screens in front of the window, so there are lots of mosquitoes in the room in summer.-Water shower becomes ice cold irregularly and water jet is only a trickle-No shower door so water splashes onto the floor halfway through the bathroom-Sink installed at child height and so deep that mirror is too far away-Unable to use the plug in the sink because it is stuck-Mold in shower-Ventilation in the bathroom and in the room does not workAlthough I complained twice to reception about the cold water and the lack of ventilation, the problems were not resolved.

Spacious apartments that are chic and modern. High rooms and windows and comfortable mattresses. Very quiet because it's a little out of the way. Breakfast was rich and completely sufficient. Price/performance absolutely ok. If I end up here again I will book here again.

We stayed at Quatier 96 from September 6th to 8th, 2024. It is a great hotel. Very spacious clean rooms. Top equipment. Unfortunately it is on the main street and it is relatively loud at night. I find breakfast a bit too expensive given the selection at 14.50 euros. We had a day tour to Borkum included in the price. When we asked how early we could have breakfast on Saturday, we were told that we should have said that earlier, now we could no longer request a packed lunch. When we checked in, the receptionist told us that we were going on the Borkum trip on Saturday and had to leave at 7 a.m. That was more than a shame for the missing information. Otherwise very nice and friendly staff...it's about a 30 minute walk to the city center.

A beautiful apartment awaits you, tastefully and functionally furnished, everything you need is there, kitchenette, bathroom with shower, very comfortable bed. Highly recommended.

Although we were accidentally given the wrong room at first, they acted very quickly and gave us the right room straight away! Everything was very clean and the staff was very friendly!Only the loud main street was a bit disturbing, but if you close the window it is soundproof
