I really have to admit, this was the first guesthouse I have visited alone, the rooms are lovingly designed, the house is a typical old building. The coffee tastes good and there is a lot of heart behind the breakfast.Absolutely fantastic, I would stay here again and again. The guesthouse is relatively centrally located, unfortunately next to a main road, but that's perfectly fine, there's not much going on there at night anyway

The fine line between lovingly detailed and kitschy with a clear emphasis on roses of all kinds sometimes swings in one direction and then in the other. The very old house still has flair and welcomes you stylishly in the splendor of old days. Mrs. Hagen Akrouti, the landlady, is a very friendly, nice and lovely lady. Breakfast is always included, which is great. It turns out to be relatively simple, but it is included in the overnight price, which is ok given the overnight price ratio.A hairdryer, enough towels and comfortable beds await you in the room...as well as a kettle, sink and shower. The shared bathroom in the hallway takes some getting used to... But it fits with the flair of the old villa. Soap/shower stuff not in the room, but ok. .... The landlady lets you have breakfast in peace, no artificial, clingy friendliness... Feldstrasse bus stop almost opposite... We'll be back soon.

Friendly hostess, friendly welcome and uncomplicated processing. The room was quietly facing the back and I was able to sleep very well. Price was okay too. I can't say anything about breakfast because I declined it due to intolerances. But the hostess tried very hard to make something for me anyway. I can recommend it.

The first impression from the outside upon arrival was “oh ha”... very dilapidated. Well, that shouldn't mean anything for now. There was no one present and there was a phone number on the doorbell... call... the conversation was very friendly and really nice. The key was deposited and everything was fine at first. However, when we entered the house, the first impression we had from the outside was confirmed. So we really can't talk about a "certain charm". In our words, it was a "cashme", a "run-down shack"...no plush decorations or pink frills would help. The room was an absolute disaster. Damp, shabby in every respect, it doesn't help that there's a "new bed" which was highly praised by the owner in the evening and that it's supposed to be the best, renovated room. Incomprehensible. The shower (in the corner of the room) was completely dirty with mold, and all the bedding was clammy and damp. The toilet is on the first floor (a shared toilet)...with a half-loose toilet seat....with respect, all in all....WON'T WORK AT ALL!Breakfast was fine, simple, nothing special...coffee, rolls, hard-boiled egg, some sausage, cheese and jam.We have absolutely no idea why anyone can charge €80 plus tourist tax for such a hovel.Absolutely nothing here is maintained, or even renovated, or in order...at least not for 80 euros!!! This is an impertinence and an impudence. We have already stayed in many accommodations, always between 60 and 80 euros, but that cannot be put into words, the friendliness of the owner doesn't make up for it.If this accommodation is worth 80 euros, then all the other accommodations we were able to get to know, including the ones we are currently visiting today, would have to cost at least 300 euros per night.Personally, we would never dare to make rooms in this condition available to other people for money (even without payment). We would be ashamed.

We were “only” guests for one night and felt very comfortable. The hostess in particular was friendly and accommodating, a nice conversation developed and you immediately felt welcome. Clear recommendation from our side...

Is an older guesthouse, friendly welcome, the rooms clean and tidy. There were also 2 large and 2 small towels. Kettle, and instant coffee, shower cubicle, and sink in the room. TV and WiFi. Plentiful breakfast. "Magnifying glass seekers" always find something, paint peeling off, a tile cracked, etc., but that doesn't bother me in an "old building". I'll chalk that up to flair

A sweet little guesthouse for those on a tight budget. If you don't mind a bit of dust, an older atmosphere and a shared toilet (shower is in the room), you can feel very comfortable here.Vacationing with a dog is very possible here.
