A beautiful and very family-run guesthouse in a prime location!Rooms furnished with attention to detail with the necessary comfort, all with a balcony or terrace. Small but cozy breakfast room, two meal times to counteract the crampedness, was designed bygratefully accepted by everyone! No buffet, but cake stands prepared with skillful hands on which there is something to be cooled (every time a delicious fish fillet), as well as fruit and vegetables! Sweet spread on the worktop, there was always additional fruit, cornflakes, milk, juice, a kettle, tea bags (since they are accessible 24 hours a tea or instant coffee is also great in the evening to warm up). Always fresh rolls and filter coffee in a thermos for breakfast.Rooms were always very clean and you could express your wishes at any time (for example different pillows)! Small fridge with mini bar with various soft drinks and alcoholic drinks at reasonable prices.There is a parking space for each room and an additional shelter for e-bikes with charging sockets for the night. The parking spaces are normally deep, so it makes sense to remove a bike rack for the duration of your stay!!Stable WiFi everywhere in the house.The "beach" and promenade can be reached in a few minutes on foot, the ferry port about 10 to 15 minutes on foot.The owner is always open to questions and can give good tips on things to do.Absolutely recommended by me!!!

Our stay at Pension Sonnenstrand was absolutely wonderful! As soon as we checked in we received a warm and friendly welcome, which immediately made us feel welcome. The guest service was always attentive and helpful throughout our stay - really first class!The rooms were spotlessly clean. You can tell that a lot of emphasis is placed on hygiene and details here. We immediately felt at home and were able to enjoy our stay to the fullest.Breakfast was another highlight. The selection was varied, fresh and of high quality. There was something for every taste and the atmosphere in the breakfast room was very pleasant.Overall it was a perfect stay. We will definitely come back and can warmly recommend Pension Sonnenstrand!

Super nice, renovated rooms with bathrooms, everything was super clean. Smart TV and WiFi flawless (essential when traveling with teenagers). Breakfast a dream. The hosts are very nice and accommodating. The dike and beach can be reached in less than 5 minutes on foot. So if Norddeich then Pension Sonnenstrand.

A well-located guesthouse with a great breakfast and a very nice guesthouse landlady. The only thing we had to complain about was the stairs upstairs. Very narrow and difficult for older, less mobile people to navigate. The rooms downstairs are large, the rooms upstairs are small. But everything was very clean.

We were in this guesthouse for the first time and loved it! The room, the service and especially the great breakfast, you can only praise it highly! It was less than a 5 minute walk to the dike! We spontaneously booked it again next time!

We vacationed in this guesthouse for the first time and were very impressed with everything. We can only agree with the previous reviews. We have stayed in a few accommodations in Norddeich, but this guesthouse beats all others.Great, attentive landlord, well-kept house (inside + outside), rooms bright and friendly, not noisy. Some rooms are equipped with a terrace and balcony. The rooms are modernly furnished and are cleaned daily. The breakfast is prepared with attention to detail, sufficient and varied.The location of the guesthouse is great, it couldn't be better, from here you can reach all attractions etc. (on foot or by bike).We have already booked our next vacation and can only recommend the guesthouse

Small guesthouse in a very quiet area. You can quickly reach the dike or the town with restaurants and shops. Rooms small but pleasantly clean. Breakfast was very good and nicely presented on a cake stand. Unfortunately the breakfast room is uncomfortable because it is not heated properly.

Very friendly and uncomplicated hosts. The room was large, spacious with a beautifully renovated bathroom (walk-in shower) and its own terrace. Parking space in front of the house, very central location. Possibility to make your own coffee or tea. 100% recommended.

The Pension Sonnenstrand is located in the immediate vicinity of the dike. The train station is not far away. Our room was very clean and well maintained. The bathroom is modern. In the mini fridge you can take lemonade, beer or champagne for a small price. Breakfast was our highlight, we didn't miss anything: coffee, rolls and croissants and everything our hearts desired. From vegetables and fruit to yoghurt, sausage and cheese to salmon and eggs. The Nguyen family is very warm and hospitable - we would be happy to come back at any time!

The 'Pension Sonnenstrand' in Norddeichwas perfect for our short vacation! We had a super nice and warm hostess! Great, quiet and very clean room, delicious and rich breakfast! The sea and great restaurants nearby. We enjoyed it and would love to come back - best regards from Emsland ;-)Absolutely recommended!
