Already the second vacation here this year. Great apartment, very clean, well equipped, with bed linen and towels. Everything you need is there. It is 2 km to the town center. You can go cycling in the area, go for a walk... to the north/Norddeich or Emden, everything is easily accessible.

A holiday apartment like I want. Great and easy booking - Tobi Köller and his team respond quickly. Booked 5 nights, 5x dishwasher tablets there. Kitchen roll, baking paper in the oven. I've never experienced that before. Plus everything was super clean. Kitchen with everything you need. Comfortable beds that are made up. Towels also available. Mosquito plague currently in Greetsiel, fly screens installed immediately. In addition, a quiet location, large common room and within 15 minutes in Greetsiel at the harbor.

It's so coolWe were there 1 1/2 years ago and we were so excited that we were going there again in the summer of 24. The landlord is courteous and polite and makes you feel comfortable. 👍

Beautiful Gulfhof with 13 separate cozy holiday apartments. There is a parking space for each apartment. In the center of the house there is a hall as a family meeting place with lots of play options for small children.There is also a games level with 2 TT tables, a table football and a billiards table.Overall perfect for families.

Very large apartment with kitchen, living room, bathroom, guest bathroom and 3 bedrooms. Very clean. Lots of opportunities for children and adults to play, 'chill' and walk. About 20 minutes to the lighthouse which you can see from the apartment.Unfortunately no dogs allowed on the “beach”.Friendly service and staff.Gladly again. 👌

A great house with several holiday apartments. Ideal for children. Quietly located and the terraces with a view into the distance towards the Pilsum lighthouse. Children have plenty of opportunities to play in the house, even in bad weather. There is also a room with billiards, table football and table tennis tables. In a kind of large barn, which is the connection between the apartments, there is a nice play area for the little ones and some seating for everyone. Bicycles you bring with you can also be stored there. There is also an elevator for the upper apartments. I can really recommend taking a vacation there.

Very nice host and good instructions! The rooms were very clean and spacious! There could perhaps be a few more dishes in the kitchen, but you survive and have to use the dishwasher more often! Very nice surroundings and very spacious for families with children and lots of entertainment options!

We had a nice, big and clean apartment. If you have any questions, you can be helped over the phone or there was someone on site. On the playing level there is a pool table, 2 table football tables and two table tennis tables, which are in solid condition. We felt very comfortable despite the rainy weather

First impression totally great, apartment 10 family dream very nice. We really liked it, the Gulfhof is very quiet and embedded in a nature reserve. We were able to recover well.We found the proximity to the center of Greetsiel very good, so we could reach many things on foot. We would like to come again. 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ of us in all areas.

A great vacation, in a great place. The accommodation is great, the holiday apartments are spacious and well-equipped. Nice staff who also make sure that the forgotten AirPods find their way home again. Thank you for the lovely days.
