I came, I saw, I left.We wanted to stop and have a cup or something similar, despite the higher price, slowly more than in the center of Prague, but as soon as we entered, we were chased away by unpleasant staff who, despite the fact that there were only about five people, started to claim that a large group of probably Germans would come tourists and that they can't serve us at the same time it was just a stupid excuse to drive away normal people so they could rip off a group of German pensioners

Beautiful landscape. The accommodation would deserve 5 out of 5 stars due to the space and equipment of the rooms. Unfortunately, the overall impression was spoiled by the reluctance of the staff, when even after one and a half days of reporting, the problem with the unfixed and leaking toilet in the room was not solved, which we had to solve by using the toilet for the restaurant on the ground floor (our room was on the second floor). The last drop in the cup of dissatisfaction was the return of the refundable deposit for the parking card, which was not registered anywhere when it was submitted and there was suddenly a problem with its return. Hell, I take a 100 CZK deposit, but it's a matter of principle and for absolute reluctance and any effort or apology, we were happy to wait five minutes for her.Food and environment otherwise excellent.

Terrible experience with the staff, when the Czech stinks and the German who sat next to him and came closer, was served preferentially.Stuffed dumplings were filled with everything left over from breakfast and what they found in the kitchen. Definitely not meat.

The Snehulaku staff hosted us for 4 days. Everything was very nice, the menu was sufficient, the food was very tasty (also thanks to Mrs. Zuzka:)), the staff was very patient with our babies. Facilities for children (children's corner on the side of the restaurant), clean, equipped.The coffee shop selection is really delicious, unadulterated.The rooms show signs of age, but they are still maintained and sufficiently equipped, clean.Thank you for a nice background in a beautiful place in the Czech Republic.

Unfortunately, we were only in this great place for a long weekend. Next time we have to use a longer stay. Because the city is nice, but the accommodation in the pension itself was amazing. The staff was very pleasant, helpful, if we needed anything, they took care of us, the rooms were beautiful, of course clean, ready for new visitors and since we had half board, we could also try their food and that was poetry. Simply excellent.

We spent 2 nights in the guesthouse (unfortunately only two) and we would love to come back again! The location is perfect, we got a room with a perfect view, see photo, and amazingly pleasant pillows and blankets (I would say down). Bed linen and towels TOP! A perfectly fragrant and more pleasant material is hard to find.The food was good, the man chattered, but I ate very well. And the son too.The room, including the bathroom and kitchen, is nicely clean. I liked the lightness of the room and the large radiator which ensured warmth and dry clothes. There is also a large enough radiator in the bathroom, pleasant heat that we could regulate ourselves.The common areas (cafe and restaurant area) are magical, great atmosphere. We liked the big window the most. A perfect view of the Czech winter like a painting :)I rate the approach of the staff very positively. They are accommodating in everything, there were no inconveniences or problems. We recommend.THANK YOU for the wonderful time spent with you at the guesthouse U Sněhuláka in Boží Dar!
