-Stopover after returning from theBlack ForestBasically has us at alldidn't like anything.The advert refers to Bookingsimply rely on the B&B offer in the more comfortable roomsMain building!However, we were put in the next buildingaccommodated, which does not include a B&B! Although we knew about the non-existent catering, we are still more than disappointed because the ad is more than misleading and you cannot distinguish the modern rooms from those of the other accommodation and you get the impression that everything is usually modern is held.It was one of the hottest days of the yearyear, but you still couldn't do itexisting insulation of the old houseclearly felt. On the upper floor where theThe bedrooms were clearover 30 degrees. In the basement about 30Degree.That's why we decided to sleep in the basement with the family of 5. However, this was rather an imposition, especially for themChildren, why we at midnightdecided to return home without further adoto start and head home exhausteddrive and cancel the following trip to Cologne.On the upper floor there was also theRooms no lighting!It was clear to see that it was oneAccommodation “maintained” by a manacted without the box of clichés hereto open.Calcified and greasy equipment, oilyCoffee machine, unclean corners, moldy onesPedestal in the shower and very musty,damp smell throughout the house!All in all a bitter disappointment for 225 (!!!) euros

Coming from a bussy city life (Netherlands) to an amazing place like this for the weekend.Is a bit far from the city Cologne (20-30 min by car) but also reachable with public transport (tram from the market and then a bus).They have 2 beautiful dogs and cats, so if you are animal lover and like peace, this is the place to be.The breakfast is included and the owner, Achim, very nice and always willing to help. He gave us plenty of information where to go and eat.

Cozy accommodation close to Cologne city center. It takes around 30 minutes to get to the city. The service is very courteous, the rooms are clean and comfortable.

Just keep your hands off!We paid 200€/night for 3 people.When we arrived, we noticed that the accommodation smelled completely dilapidated and had a lot of mold. The suspicion was also confirmed when we looked at the rooms. There is black mold in the bathroom, in the bedrooms, kitchen, everywhere.The landlord came because we wanted a refund (health risk + mold allergy). He was extremely verbally aggressive. He kicked us out immediately.He denies the mold, but pictures are attached.He also said that these were spider webs, not mold. He denied this in the news. Cleanliness is zero. Bed linen was not changed from the previous person and it was generally very, very unhygienic.Booking, the health department, trade office and our lawyer have been informed. We took the pictures as evidence.

Super nice area, recommended host, very clean, very quiet. Even the pets are super nice. Allergy sufferers beware. 2 dogs and 2 cats in the house. Otherwise absolutely great. Breakfast top. Everything that was needed was there. For vegans, please ask in advance. We would stay there again at any time.

So brilliant. Beautiful house, great garden, everything spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated. On top of that there is a delicious breakfast and a great host who knows how to make you feel welcome.Absolutely recommended.

Fantastic place! We had an incredible stay in the glamping tent. The owner is superkind and prepared the hot tub for us for when we came back from Phantasialand! The next day we sat at the outside fireplace in the evening. The last evening we used the bonfire. We really had a miniholiday. Breakfast is nothing special but also nothing short. If I had to say one thing for improvement it would be to have the possibility to take a juice at breakfast instead if only coffee. We would DEFINITELY stay again!
