Was only here to eat, not to stay overnight, so can't say anything about the rooms etc.The menu offers a variety of home-style dishes, so there should be something for everyone. Had the rump steak in pepper sauce with fried potatoes, which was very tasty and portioned in such a way that dessert, Creme Brullet, was also recommended.The waiter was very accommodating and always had a saying up his sleeve.Priced between average and upscale, in the sense of "everything is getting more expensive" but within the norm.Gladly again.

Super human manager who wants to pamper his guests and has learned to do it with passion. Employees with 100% loyalty to the guests. Rarely have we experienced something as good as here. The Weender Hof is THE address for home-style food in southern Lower Saxony. Tradition is very important here without sacrificing modern accents. A visit is an absolute must for anyone who values ​​excellent food and first-class service. I'm already looking forward to my next visit!

On the way back from Berlin we called about an hour in advance and reserved a table. This was then offered to us on the beautifully designed terrace. Mind you, Saturday evening! Thank you again for this! It's very quiet back there, protected too. Here the boss still works himself, which the guest takes note of favorably. Friendliness, attention and service to guests are the be-all and end-all here. We try to make everything possible and, above all, no guest is turned away. We can't say anything about the hotel, but the restaurant certainly filled us up and pleased our palate. An insider tip for us, on the outskirts of the city of Göttingen. Worth mentioning is the price of the bottle of water (€5.50) which is sufficient. Looking at other restaurants that charge more than 7 or 8 euros.
