The service there is very friendly. The owner is available to provide advice and support. The rooms are individually furnished and contain everything. The breakfast buffet is rich. Nature is right next door. The forests give you strength and energy. The guesthouse is highly recommended.

We had Room 1, a nice size with a place to sit plus table and chairs. The shower is a bit difficult but works fine. Exceptionally friendly hostess, with a lovely and friendly Golden Lab. The breakfast was outstanding, with everything fresh. By the way, the village it is in is named Freiheit, which means "freedom".

A wonderful stay in a great environment. The landlady is very caring and accommodating. The rooms are extremely well maintained. The continental breakfast that this lady serves is of very high quality. She gets eggs from free-range chickens in the region. She gets baked goods M from the town (...I haven't eaten such delicious wholemeal rolls in a long time). She also supports one of the village bakeries. We think that's just great. And she also runs Gisela's Steinstübchen in her house. There you can buy gemstones for every budget, which are lovingly displayed in a small but beautiful showcase behind the reception! This woman and her hotel business get from us Five Stars(five stars)! ....With all my heart Sigrid Janßen and Martin Freund🤗

We arrived on the hottest day of the year. The house is easy to find. The rooms were of course a bit warm, but it was just right. Ms. Coesfeld was nice and friendly, and the breakfast was good and you could order more of everything. The garden is beautifully landscaped and there were enough seats where you can sit comfortably. Simply perfectly located for our motorcycle tours. We had absolutely nothing to complain about and will definitely be back. Thank you very much, Ms. Coesfeld, for a really pleasant stay with you!!!

Very beautiful landscape, good restaurants in the immediate vicinity, approx. 150 m, easy to reach on foot. Easy access to the ski lift in Lehrbuch, a district of Osterode am Harz.
