We stayed in a beach apartment with 4 people. Great clean apartment with kitchen. But for 4 people and 4 days only two rolls of toilet paper and only one towel. No room cleaning during that time even though we had put up the sign. In the Bretter Bude, when we asked, they gave us new towels and a roll of toilet paper after two days. Either we missed it in the booking? Or is the service only available upon request? But the breakfast in the Bretter Bude and the food in general are very good and plentiful.

A fresh, friendly hotel beyond the mainstream. Here everyone can be as they want. The service staff are always there for the guests. The “Strandschuppen” restaurant and the “Alter Kutter” pub are also highly recommended. Another great new hotel from the Heimathafen Group.

Unforgettable stay – authentic, relaxed and delicious!Our stay at Bretterbude Büsum was simply fantastic! The rooms are stylishly and comfortably furnished and offer everything you need for a relaxing time on the North Sea. The special atmosphere is authentic and refreshingly different from the usual, commercial hotel atmosphere.The breakfast? Simply a pleasure! We were able to start every morning perfectly with a great selection of fresh and regional ingredients. We particularly liked the relaxed atmosphere in the breakfast area, which is a great way to start the day.A highlight was the beautiful sauna, which provided perfect relaxation after a day in the fresh sea air. The spa area is small but nice and offers just the right atmosphere to leave everyday life behind.If you are looking for a relaxed, individual break without the frills of large hotel chains, this is the right place for you. We'll definitely be back!

We stayed in the Bretterbude for 1 night to try out the hotel and actually planned toto spend several days there on your next vacation.After the bed/slatted frame - with the children on it - unfortunately crashed down during the night, we repaired it ourselves, a radiator regularly made strangely loud noises, ... we decided against one in the future , longer stay in this hoteldecided.However, the decisive factor for this was not the things listed above, but rather the way we treated us as customers/guests afterwards.The staff, who were actually friendly in contact, forgot to list an item when checking out and told us the following day, quite reproachfully - as we thought - that we should pay this item "as quickly as possible"...which of course we did.No "oh, we're sorry about the bed, for example... - that's strange but not that bad, but the strange way we as guests are treated afterwards is an exclusion criterion for us.Too bad.

We were there as a couple in the spring. It's been something different for us so far. Interesting decor, our room was quite small but sufficient and with a small balcony. Charging options for the car available. Great party in the small pub in the evening. Delicious food in the restaurant!

It's a very nice hotel, everyone is nice and friendly. We really liked the food and the bar is really cool too. We felt very comfortable there. It was unusual to be called by everyone, but we didn't think that was a problem. It is a very modern and beautifully decorated hotel, something we have never seen before. It's only a short walk from the beach. We liked it very much.

The concept of the shacks is minimal space with minimal equipment, laid out in a relaxed and attractive manner. Started with the claim that everyone can afford a hotel. However, those days are over and room prices have been rising for years and only very few people can afford to stay in a shack.Apart from that, the location, the staff, the overall feeling is great.

This hotel is only a shack based on its external appearance, as the house is clad with a lot of wood. The rooms, on the other hand, are anything but shacks, even if they are called squats. The interior of the rooms is stunning, rustic and coordinated down to the last detail. There are themed buttons with really fun decor that matches the theme and lots of extras. The hotel is aimed at the young and the young at heart.The service is very courteous and polite.The location is very well located on Büsumer Strand.A truly exceptional hotel... A real shack!
