When we arrived there was no one there. Reception not occupied. I walked through the entire hotel and didn't find anyone. An empty restaurant, no one there. When I tried to call, I discovered an email stating that the key was in a safe outside the house. This is not how my wife and I wanted to start our vacation. The note about the safe would have been nice during the free cancellation period, because then we wouldn't have kept the booking. The actual procedure has a certain flavor. The hotel gave me an old, musty and dark impression.

RIP OFF! DO NOT BOOK!!!I was here a few years ago and it was still a family business, now it belongs to a Swiss investor. When booking, pay attention to what services are actually offered. Nobody can be reached by phone here either. Hands off!

No trace of proximity to ski lifts! Price is not justified for the performance! Despite renovation work, there is no hotline for the reception! You feel abandoned here.

We asked for a room for 4 adults and they gave us one for 2 adults and 2 children.||It is located far from the nearest food. …

Be careful, do not book under any circumstances. Absolute disaster!Stayed here for one night on our hiking trip. Arrived after 20km in a deserted house. There was a sign at the reception with opening times. So we waited for the academic quarter. However, no one came. We tried to reach the headquarters via detours, which we managed to do after half an hour. However, we were just put off. Another half hour later we got a call back telling us to just get a room, the keys were hanging on the outside of the doors. Never experienced that before either. Most of the rooms were used. We finally found an unused one and had to prepare the extra bed for our daughter and take bed linen from another room. Rooms not really clean and in need of renovation. Nobody was there for breakfast, even though it was booked. In the end, we were happy that our suitcases weren't gone after they were left unattended in the entrance all day until we arrived. If you don't feel like paying, you should choose this house. Hotel and rooms are freely accessible and you can disappear again without being seen!

Very nice hotel. More like an inn. Black Forest style. Check-in without staff works well. Rooms are well furnished and it is clean. Unfortunately the restaurant is not in operation. Open for breakfast only.I can recommend it.
