Not recommended for non-smokers. Unpleasant to enter the door. Smells terrible. Sleep well. But you shouldn't expect much.

Real Assi Hotel. Everything decorated for Christmas...and this in summer. You don't get what you book and you don't get your money back either. Although you are assured that you will get a refund. It smells like puff inside... The better choice is to sleep outside. Even in a snowstorm. Definitely stay away from these exploiters!!!

Let's start with the positive things: Zorge is in a very beautiful location, the beds were comfortable, the rooms were clean...But: the hotel had a very morbid charm, everything was a bit oldcame and sometimes a bit creepy... Unfortunately we didn't get breakfast, that wasn't possible at short notice... What a shame!The Google reviews are apparently a bit outdated and cannot be understood by us. We had been really looking forward to spending the night beforehand and were a bit disappointed and quite irritated.

We stayed here for one night, but it was ok. Cleanliness was acceptable, location and free parking were very good. Unfortunately everything seems a bit unkempt and there were still Christmas decorations hanging in May. Everything seems a bit careless and in need of renovation. We had an apartment, but there was no water in the kitchen. The price did not correspond to the performance. It's a shame, next time we'll stay somewhere else.

Attention, change of ownership! All positive reviews from recent years are no longer valid. The hotel looks as if it had been empty for a long time, everything is very shabby and outdated. Only the beds were okay. There is no restaurant anymore, only breakfast. It is drafty and cold in the rooms.

Window old and leaky. Heating too small, so there was an electric fan heater in the room (too loud for the night). Payment is required upon arrival and only in cash. There was no invoice. There was no breakfast either. Restaurant is permanently closed.

Wunderbares Hotel! Freundliches Personal, leckeres Essen. Sie wachen auf und hören Vögel singen. Rund um den Wald, Berge, schöne Aussicht. Sehr gemütlich, wir kommen bestimmt wieder!Wonderful place!Friendly staff, delicious food. You wake up in a nature reserve and hear the birds singing. All around are forests, mountains, beautiful views. Very cozy, we will definitely come again!

I really enjoyed my stay at Bergschlosschen! We arrived in October. Thank you for the good service, warm welcome and amazing atmosphere. The outside area was unkempt and gave the impression of a property that had been unused/closed for a long time. The equipment differs significantly from the description. There was no WiFi available, no working TV, no usable garden. The restaurant was closed. In the apartment there were holes in the wall, open cable outlets, the ventilation in the windowless bathroom didn't work, and some of the light bulbs were missing.We have addressed the problems and for some of them solutions have been promised for the following day. Unfortunately, no defects were corrected by the time we left, and we did not receive an assured refund.The staff was friendly, the breakfast was OK.

We spent four days here. The restaurant is closed even though it is listed in the description and we relied on the fact that we would be able to have dinner there. We asked the operators to prepare a nice breakfast because we were celebrating a 60th birthday, and everything was great succeeded. Roses were organized and a birthday cake was also on the table so a real effort was made. But the breakfast itself could be better, the rolls were a bit VERY dark so you could just about eat them. But everything else is there, sausage, cheese, jam, salmon, freshly boiled eggs. The coffee was freshly prepared upon request. Unfortunately Nutella was missing, which we got the next morning. The WiFi doesn't work at all. The cleanliness could also be better.The rooms are in great need of renovation but I think that will happen in the near future. The beds were ok.So all in all, there is still a lot to do to make things a little better and for the hotel to at least partially meet its own standards.

A young, up-and-coming team is trying to establish itself here. There is still a lot to do in terms of atmosphere. The young, bright “waiter” made up for that. The meals were excellent. The presentation and the taste. We didn't expect that. We were very positively surprised and wish you all the best!

The food is awesome. Particularly recommended (if you like garlic) is the baked brown bread. Whether as a little something to share with wine/beer after a hike or as a starter (share the portion too!) - super tasty!!! The Kiewer Schnitzel (a type of chicken roulade) is also recommended. The hosts are friendly and very helpful. Don't let the ambience inside fool you. It's worth it!

We went to the Bergschlösschen for refreshments and dinner a day later and were pleasantly surprised. The food was really great. Compliments to the cook.For little money you can get very tasty dishes. The service is very attentive, warm and friendly. You feel welcome.You shouldn't be put off by the charm of the early 80s in the Bergschlösschen, the food and service more than make up for it.I think it's great that there is finally a restaurant in Zorge where you can get refreshment early in the day. I hope it stays that way and wish the new owners much success and perseverance. We would be happy to come back on our next visit.
