The stay in the boutique hotel Winzerstube was wonderful, the room was a dream with a view of the lake and mountains, and the Müller family were great hosts, every wish was fulfilled, the hotel is highly recommended, we would be happy to come back. THANKS

Very nice, family-run 4-star boutique hotel. Extremely friendly reception. We had a superior double room with a direct lake view on the second floor and were thrilled with the comfort. The terrace with a beautiful view houses a table, two chairs and two folding loungers.The breakfast also leaves nothing - really nothing - to be desired. And last but not least: adults only - wonderful! :-)

We recommend our short break in this family and quiet hotel.The room with a balcony and a fantastic view over Lake Constance was very clean.A coffee bar and fresh cake at lunchtime invite you to linger on the hotel terrace. There is also your own lake access with a small garden/sunbathing area with loungers etc. Free SUP is available.Relaxed and relaxing little break.Always my pleasure.

A wonderful holiday from the start ☺️ the hotel is both cozy and modern and the rooms are spacious, the balcony overlooks the beautiful Lake Constance ☺️.. The breakfast on the terrace is a fantastic start to the day... the entire team is friendly/loving considering that we lack nothing ☺️.. I would probably give a 6th star!! We'll definitely be back ☀️

... if I could award an additional STAR 🌟, it would be to this beautiful hotel ... with its friendly hotel operator ... and the entire team ...I was or there were two of us; This idea came about at short notice... to travel for a few days (in high season) ... and through pure luck, I came across this beautiful hotel... and my companion and I were immediately hooked... for everything that was described on the internet...and soooo we booked this relaxed piece of paradise…. …It's an insider tip... that you can happily pass on to special people 100%... who appreciate such a well-kept house!!!To everyone who puts their heart and soul into ensuring that all guests, including us, can have a wonderful holiday... a very big and heartfelt thank you!So …. On the recommendation of the boss, we chose the deluxe double room with an extra room to avoid snoring. This room is suitable for active guests as there was no balcony to relax in the evening and no option in the hotel. Our balcony only had 2 bar stools and a tiny table on the balcony. The large bed was very comfortable, except that the air conditioning was directly above the bed and the draft was unpleasant. You couldn't open the window because of the street noise. The little Schnacherl room was terrible, very dark, not a good mattress, there was hardly any fresh air coming through the small skylight and you could hear the toilet in the next room at night and the employees in the morning because the cleaning room was right next to it. The bathroom was very nice. We then asked the boss about another room, but there was no one available. Then the only comment from the boss was, I would like to wish you something else, that's not possible. When we asked if we could leave earlier, he offered to try to rent the room out again, but it wasn't exactly friendly. A day later he informed us that he could rent out the room for one night. The other last 2 days we had to pay 80% if we didn't use it. So we left 3 days earlier. For us it was the worst vacation we've ever had. Zero understanding of complaints.

The hotel is located directly on the lake in Hagnau. It couldn't be better to experience the sunset up close. You should definitely book the fully physical massage at the hotel. The man simply said golden hands. You have to experience it once. It couldn't be better .greetings Bernd

We really liked the small, family-run hotel. We were greeted personally by the owner and offered a free room upgrade to a larger room upon arrival. The excellent, quiet location, the cleanliness, the good breakfast and, last but not least, the very friendly staff made our short vacation a pleasure. It's just a shame that the restaurant wasn't open as it was considered one of the best in the region. In addition to numerous positive customer reviews, it received a TripAdvisor award, which doesn't surprise me given the highly professionally run family business where you could feel the attention to detail.I wish the Müller family the best and look forward to my next, relaxing stay in the boutique hotel.

The last house in the pedestrian zone, located directly on the lake. Very quiet with no through traffic. Very nice modern rooms. Adults only. I was absolutely thrilled!

The boutique hotel is located directly on Lake Constance and has a great view over the lake to Switzerland and Austria into the mountains, at least that depends on the room. Our view was magnificent, it couldn't be better.Hotel has very upscale facilities. The breakfast leaves nothing to be desired, rich and tasty.

Why Google is reposting the review is a mystery. This was already 2021! And still refers to the restaurant.We recently visited the restaurant once at Pentecost. Well - we would like to say, the location alone is not enough.... As soon as we "walked in" we found ourselves in front of a closed door with a note on the side about. Corona to wait. Basically not an issue - however, despite repeated eye contact, we were simply completely ignored for some time. The guests who came after us also - the same procedure.So those “waiting” in front of the door decided to open it in order to allow personal contact to follow in addition to visual contact.Without a word of explanation we were shown to a table (as ordered).The card was left more or less “wordless”. Children's menu: unfortunately none. More and more we started to feel like we weren't really welcome as a family with children...When we asked, a very nice waitress offered us something for our little one (this was only necessary for him). We had to ask about some of the things we ordered (we simply forgot) - the "dry-aged steak" we ordered was medium rare and, to be honest, tough. We communicated this to the service staff - nothing more than "Oh - I'm sorry" (in a similar form) came. No questions as to why or why, can there be anything else... etc... nothing! Everything was simply ignored by the otherwise taciturn waiter. The rest of the food was very good though!After the bill, which was then salted (the steaks weren't exactly cheap), we left the restaurant with the initial impression that we weren't welcome - here too without words...Unfortunately, a failed evening - and probably not welcome as a family either... could be better.

Dear Müller family!What would a summer be without a holiday in the Winzerstube in Hagnau? - Certainly possible, but completely senseless and unimaginable for us. Because every year, THE absolute highlight is a holiday in your hotel. And it's gotten better every year so far. The new winter garden, the modernized terrace or the newly designed rooms. What has never changed, however, is the service (from breakfast to room service to reception), the uncomplicated, family atmosphere and your commitment to your guests. So the Winzerstube is pure relaxation for us and has almost become a piece of home.We are already looking forward to our next vacation with you!Your Behr family
