A very warm and friendly family run business that puts their heart and soul behind their work. We were there for a weekend with friends and felt completely at home and were warmly welcomed! Rooms, food, everything was great and nothing was missing. Great friendly and fun staff. We will be back and thanks again for the hospitality!!

We stayed here at the hotel for a wedding.Rooms, service and breakfast were great*Tortz delay and a Germany European Championship game, all of our questions and requests were answered calmly and great service was provided* 5 stars from us for that too :-) gladly again*

Were here for the breakfast buffet. We kept seeing advertisements in the shopping news.It is questionable why it is so difficult to get a table here. There are packaged sausages and cheeses that are only sparsely replenished, not to mention the salmon. Given the number of guests, it's laughable to put such a small plate on the buffet and only fill it up when asked. If you live in this corner, it's ok, but not to take a long journey. Service staff were friendly.

The KG Mönsterböscher Jonge 1957 e.V. stopped for a cozy part of their summer tour through the Ahr Valley at the Hotel Kalenborner Höhe with well over 50 people. The service was simply great, the food was perfect and everything worked like clockwork. A big compliment to the boss, great cuisine, very, very good staff!!We'd love to come back.

Mega Mega Mega 👍We arrived by bike and received a very friendly welcome.Theft-proof accommodation for the bikes was immediately provided.The boss even wanted to help us carry the bike bags to the roomIn addition to the ambience, the dinner was the highlight; we haven't been able to experience something so delicious and lovingly prepared for a long time.Please all restaurateurs, go to school with Mr. ZimmermannFriendly, competent, everyoneFor the start of our vacation, the bar has now been set very high.

Commerce before customer friendliness? No thanks!The invitation to a 70th birthday in September in a restaurant that was actually well rated and was already on the list of our next restaurant visits anyway. We were really looking forward to this as invited guests. Now the hostess, who had already received a firm reservation confirmation months ago, was surprisingly canceled. Reason: Due to a larger celebration, there is no longer any capacity for the 14-person party. Is this how you treat customers? We think no! The food may be good (which we won't verify now) but harshly canceling firm commitments in order to give preference to the better deal is certainly good business practice, but in no way service-oriented or inspiring confidence in terms of further reservations. It's a shame, we would have liked to expand our gastronomic range to include another good restaurant. But a good restaurant, at least for us, includes good products AND good customer service, and then it can cost something. In any case, you won't get any new guests that way.

One star for the worst customer service I have ever experienced!!!!!A celebration for 14 people that was booked months ago and with a confirmed confirmation was canceled at short notice because people are now giving preference to a larger celebration (where the profit is probably higher)It's an absolute no go!!Never again with them!!!!!!

We were only there for a short time. Just wanted something to drink.Service was super nice and friendly.There is a special playground for children.Will definitely come back.

We stayed at the hotel during the 2024 European Football Championship.We were welcomed by friendly, helpful and nice people. Herr Zimmermann was extremely helpful to us. We ate delicious food in the restaurant. Overall we were satisfied.

My buddy and I arrived there on motorcycles, and the boss immediately offered us a parking space to safely park the mopeds! Top! But the restaurant was closed, so we went to a nearby pizzeria! In the hotel there was a fridge with drinks for the guests, you could help yourself there and the bill would be charged in the morning! Breakfast was great! The stay was great, I would go there again and again!
