We went to eat here in the evening. Overall, I wouldn't do it again. Food was ok, service was stressful and smelled very strongly of sweat…. Unfortunately, it's very unappetizing, especially when serving food... It wasn't a "feel-good atmosphere" overall.

The entrecote is a dream, the bacon beans go wonderfully with it. The schnitzel from the pan, as it should be. The knuckle comes out of the oven with a wonderful crust, is tender and perfectly seasoned.Sauerkraut with bay leaf and juniper, well balanced between sour and sweet.This restaurant values its guests.Flawless.

Were there for dinner. My wife and I were very satisfied. My rump steak (ordered medium rare) was on point. Service was quick and funny. Had fun. We will be back.

The one star is for the food; that was really good. However, the service was very unfriendly and we didn't feel welcome at all. We should "go to a sausage stand" if we just want to eat soup. Not a nice experience.

There were a few things on the bill that weren't ordered. Cashed in too much. Dessert wasn't good, the sea buckthorn ice cream had no powdery taste.

The Oberstdorfer Einkehr impresses not only with its perfect location but especially with its perfect service, friendliness and fine cuisine. It is not for nothing that we are now coming to this familiar and accommodating hotel for the 5th time. I can only recommend the Oberstdorfer Refreshment.Robert Taplick

The food was a dream, we ate there 3 days in a row, the cheese patties were amazing, the roast pork was butter soft and the sauce was a dream, the side salad was crisp and fresh, very tasty dressing and in our opinion the schnitzel couldn't be made any better, simply only recommended!! The service was always very friendly! Before we go home we will definitely eat there again 😁

Small family hotel in the center of Oberstdorf ❤️ clean, large, comfortable rooms. Tasty breakfasts and friendly owners. There is a parking space nearby, approx. 200 m. The location in the center excludes parking under the window, but it is not a problem. Oberstdorf itself is a very charming town close to the border with Austria. We took advantage of it ourselves and went to the Bodensee when it was raining. A trip to the Nebelhorn peak is necessary. You can go to the very top very conveniently by cable car 😁 for those staying overnight in Oberstdorf it is a free pleasure, others have to pay 45 Euro per person. Enthusiasts go up and down on foot, but the idea of "climbing" Nebelhorn is only for people experienced in mountain hiking. The entrance is worth the effort, the entry is worth the money - at the top there is a fantastic view of over 400 Alpine peaks. Of course, you still have to be a bit lucky and get a cloudless, sunny sky 😁 Oberstdorf is mercilessly crowded during the season, but now between the summer and winter seasons - empty. It's pure pleasure - despite the closed pubs and shops 😊 Unfortunately, the prices are the same all year round as in the high season 🙄

We were able to enjoy the Oberstdorf retreat for 4 days. We stayed in room number 6, it was lovingly furnished, bright and clean. The boss and the staff were very nice and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and attractively arranged. The highlight was dinner in the restaurant. Rarely have I had such a delicious steak.

A very nice, cozy restaurant in the middle of Oberstdorf. The service was very friendly and the food came quickly! It was also so delicious that we stopped there two evenings in a row.The roast pork and the dumplings with chanterelle sauce are highly recommended!
