We stayed at the Voglerhaus for the first time and for a total of 10 days.Very nice hosts who also had a chat where you could learn a lot of interesting things about working on the farm.We really felt at home and met very nice, "normal" people among the guests, with whom we played and talked in the evenings and were also able to have a beer and a schnapps (or two ;-).Unfortunately, there were also other people for whom one had to be “ashamed”. In some short conversations in which such people always have to brag about their possessions, you have to be surprised that such people really need to pack EVERYTHING in their handbag after breakfast that they didn't eat at the table. Every day there were 2 types of fresh sausage and 4 slices of cheese as well as a total of 10 "portion packets" of spreadable sausage, jam, honey and Nutella. These all went into the handbag we brought with us for breakfast. On some days even with the remaining, uneaten rolls...Really pathetic, such behavior!All other guests have to pay for people like that!We have decided to address such guests about their behavior on our next vacation and also to "embarrass" them in front of other guests!Best regardsMarianne & Michael

We really enjoyed it on the Vogler family’s farm!Clean holiday apartment with a wonderful view over the meadows! Apart from the Breitach and the cowbells, you don't hear anything in the morning or evening! You can hike and cycle directly from the house.

Friendly hosts, good value for money and easy access to the ski areas. Just what you want for a nice vacation. The direct proximity of the Breitach mountain river with its great hiking trails rounds off the holiday experience. On the website you get a good impression of the different rooms/holiday apartments and in the terms and conditions everything important is briefly and concisely summarized what you should consider when booking. The accommodation is a rustic farm and not a luxury hotel and that's a good thing. Always happy to come back.

Addressed very unfriendly. We had parked the car on the property and the hostess's first comment was:" this is not a public parking lot!". I know that too, but I was overwhelmed by the aggressive tone. She could also have said: "Are you coming for the boarding house?" After all, the sign "zimmer frei" was still on the fence....Fortunately the guesthouse was occupied, because I don't wish these people on any holidaymaker who is going to spend their hard-earned money on these grumps.

Very great guesthouse. We (1 adult & 2 children) had a large room with a shower and balcony. Everything very clean. Delicious breakfast. We'll definitely come back again.

In order to be close to the famous Breitachklamm, we looked for and found accommodation near this gorge. The Voglerhaus is only about 300 meters from the entrance to the gorge. …
