I was in the new Opal apartment. The apartment is 29 square meters and can accommodate 1-2 people. The materials used and the furnishings are of very high quality and the entire apartment is very nice and well maintained. From your own parking space directly in front of the house you can reach the apartment directly via a protected external staircase.When you arrive in the apartment, the bathroom with a walk-in shower is immediately to the right and here too, great emphasis was placed on quality. In the small hallway there is a large closet for clothes. If you go left, you reach the living/sleeping area with a small kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with all important utensils (coffee machines, toaster, kettle, stove, cutlery, etc.).There is also a small but nice balcony that faces east and offers a great view of the Nebelhorn.If you would like to sleep longer in the morning, you can darken the windows with pleats and curtains.There is also a box for up to 2 bicycles at the car parking space and it is lockable.Ms. Hilbrand is a very friendly and accommodating host.Before I forget. The location is very central and yet quiet. You can reach the Fuggerpark in 3 minutes on foot and the center in 5 minutes.I felt very comfortable and was able to recover well.What could be improved if necessary would be a swiveling TV mount and a small table for the balcony ☺️.Thank you for the lovely time with you.

I stayed in the FW Opal for 1 week and felt very comfortable. The FW is lovingly furnished and also very high quality. Parking space and bicycle storage space directly in front of the door and the storage room for the bike is lockable.The landlords are super friendly and very helpful 😁The location is GREAT, less than 5 minutes to the Oberstdorf Haus am Kurpark. I really liked it and would book the FW again on my next vacation. So I can recommend this FW 100%.I also find the mountain railway card very cool, which is included when booking the FW and you can use all major cable cars for free.

We arrived and immediately felt comfortable. The hosts welcomed us very nicely. The apartment was very nice and furnished with a lot of love. But above all, it was very clean and everything you needed was there. You could even use the swimming pool in the Hotel Filser. The apartment is very centrally located so that everything could be easily reached on foot. We will definitely come back here.

We were very satisfied. The Rubin apartment is very comfortably furnished, is in a great location (close to the center) and Ms. Hilbrand is really nice. The mattress was a bit sagging but otherwise we came home happy from our annual vacation.
