PositiveReally very clean and tastefully decorated without kitsch. Simple and beautiful. A kitchen facility where nothing is missing, everything is new and very clean. In general, this is a place to feel good. Wonderful quality of the bed linen and towels. Maybe you could get light tickings in the hot summer? The warm down blankets are far too warm in summer. Friendly welcome and communication.NegativeWe were missing a soap dish in the shower and sink.Unfortunately, the only hook for the shower towels is IN the shower cubicle, so they get wet when showering and then dry poorly because the water stays on the beautiful tiles for a long time and you don't have a squeegee for the floor. Unfortunately, there is usually some water running in front of the shower, which can make it slippery.Unfortunately, the small towels don't fit on your head after washing your hair.No option outsidepark and lock the bike

Of course, what was great about my short vacation was that the weather couldn't have been better. The Blattgold apartment wonderfully complemented the good holiday feeling. Quietly located with a view of the snow-covered peaks around Oberstdorf. Well-equipped kitchenette. Sufficient appliances and crockery are available and then you can have breakfast in the morning sun on the all-round glazed veranda, so you can start the day in a good mood. Modern bathroom/toilet, cozy bedroom with spacious wardrobe, living area rather small, but there is a veranda. There are enough parking spaces available. Supermarket nearby and a quick walk into nature. The only small criticism I can think of... the curtains in the living area are not opaque at night.The agency, the house, the apartment and the location are definitely recommended.

Beautiful apartments with a good layout, spacious, modern and fully equipped.The location is also excellent, short distance to the center and the supermarket.A big problem in the apartment is the noise from the upstairs and side neighbors, it is loud and when people walk a lot in the upstairs apartment or children run back and forth, it is very disturbing.Another problem is that the lamps next to the bed were not available in our apartment during our stay, they were defective, but when asked, it turned out that a solution was only found at our insistence (after a few days), although this was known to the landlord. This also applied to the dishwasher, which was broken in the apartment. Both problems were known to the landlord and were not reported, and after inquiries, no solution for the dishwasher was offered. I expected more from the landlord of this complex to just throw up their hands than for it to be a fait accompli.

The layout of the apartment is very well thought out and something very special. The equipment is extremely high quality and no holiday wishes remain unfulfilled. In the cold season, the thick blankets were a guarantee for a restful and deep sleep. A dream! The location is excellent and a good starting point for numerous hikes around Oberstdorf. The car could therefore also enjoy a holiday on the parking space :-)

Everything is just right here! The cleanliness and high-quality furnishings speak for themselves. The kitchen is well equipped and thanks to the drinks fridge in the cellar, cold drinks are always at hand. In just a 5-minute walk you can reach the center of town and there are plenty of parking spaces available in front of the house. We'll definitely be back. :-)

Modern and luxurious holiday apartments that set a new standard. There is nothing missing in the apartments. Even the coffee is made quickly and already on site. The furnishings are tailor-made and very well thought out. In addition, the large amount of wood in the interior gives it a luxurious yet “rustic,” cozy feel. I can fully recommend the apartments and am thrilled.

I originally told the agency (Mr. Zobel) that I would not rate the accommodation. The reason for this was that I wanted to avoid that too many interested parties became aware of it. Since the landlord's effort and the quality of the accommodation have to be "worth it", I would like to expressly mention the quality of the accommodation and the friendliness of the agency. We'd love to come back!

Truly a beautiful accommodation. Completely renovated and fully equipped. The apartment is stylishly furnished and fits in with the southern German environment. The kitchen is modern and equipped with all appliances. Everything is available for those who would like to cook. Still, I recommend walking into the village to find a nice restaurant. Everything can be walked within fifteen minutes. The apartment also has a beautiful bathroom with walk-in shower and a lovely bedroom. My favorite spot was the conservatory where the sun shines all day (apartment Blattgold 5). The windows can be opened, so when the weather is good it feels like sitting outside. The Wellness is also new and can be operated yourself, so it is available whenever you want. Care is also available in the form of drinks that are offered at reasonable prices. We had a wonderful winter sports holiday and left the car at home because the bus is a 5-minute walk away. Charging place for 2 electric cars is on the doorstep. Supermarket with bakery is opposite the bus stop. The owner is friendly, helpful and easily accessible.We will definitely come back here again. Auf wiedersehen!
