The reception is only staffed for hours, check-in is done using a code via email. There is a key card with room number in the mailbox. Paying for parking is a bit confusing. Breakfast, parking, payment is made by letter in the room. Breakfast very good, coffee very good. Staff at breakfast very attentive and friendly. Comfort double room, well I know it differently e.g. B. Coffee in the room, larger room.

The hotel looks unkempt from the outside. From the inside it's still ok.Cleanliness was acceptable, breakfast buffet was very good. Unfortunately no more restaurant. Swimming pool also permanently closed. The staff was very friendly, especially the lady at breakfast.

Now that all leisure activities have disappeared from the center, you no longer need this center at all. The Bernstein Group has only made things worse with the center, why should there be conference rooms in it, why not focus on leisure activities?

This store rips people off with parking fees!! If you are not careful and miss the (supposedly existing) signs, after 2 weeks you will receive mail from a rip-off club and have to pay 45 euros! Fie devil! …

Parking was always free, now it costs money, if you don't see the supposedly existing signs you can drive out of the parking lot as usual because there is no barrier. 2 weeks later you get a notice from a rip-off club that you have to pay €45! That's a disgrace and I regret every single one of the many euros I've already left there!I will never enter the store again and advise everyone not to go there! The last one!! I wish you bankruptcy! No more bowling alley, swimming pool closed, the store only exists so they can rip people off with parking fees! Absolute rubbish! The operators should be ashamed! Fie devil! I'm going to tell everyone what a disgusting rip-off store this is!

It's sad that you almost give up on such an object. The bowling alley has already been expanded, the swimming pool is closing and the catering industry is now limited to a minimal offering.It's a shame for the city of Stassfurt, which is becoming more and more of an unattractive provincial backwater.

Renovated rooms, comfy beds. Quite location.Pool and gym facilities available although didn't have a chance to visit.On a negative note the staff don't speak any English and the reception is only open till 2.30pm. If you need anything in the afternoon or evening there's nobody there to assist.No coffee or ironing facilities provided in the rooms.Breakfast had very limited options.

Ladies and GentlemenI just received a payment request for 45 euros for a parking violation.I was there on April 13th. in your swimming pool and had parked my car in the parking lot directly in front of it. I think it's a cheek to ask for parking fees given the quality of the pool, as I assume that this is included in the entrance fee. I read in the press that the pool has now been closed, which doesn't surprise me.Even if it ever opens again, I definitely won't be a bather again. I wish you much success with your business model and will definitely not recommend you to others.

The Salzlandcenter offered variety not only to the hotel guests but also to the residents of Staßfurt. Unfortunately the bowling alley and swimming pool are now closed. All that remains is the gym and the sauna. Well, that's not how I like to spend my free time. I wanted to return my 10 ticket for the swimming pool today. You feel like a felon when you pull into the parking lot. It said at the front that there were free short-term parking spaces, so I drove around the parking lot until I found the (hopefully) free parking space at the front just before the exit. The reception at the hotel was not manned, so please go to the bathroom... There was no one there either. Walked back and forth for nothing. I couldn't wait because I was only allowed to park for 15 minutes. It's a shame about Staßfurt.

We stayed in the hotel for a few days a few years ago and felt very comfortable. The room was good, the food was great, we used the bowling alley and swimming pool and visited the small zoo. We particularly remember the friendly and helpful staff. For these reasons we decided to come again this year for a short trip.Booked on April 3rd for the coming weekend (April 26th to May 30th). Apart from breakfast, no more restaurants and no bowling alley. Okay, we accepted. But a really good price and including free entry to the swimming pool with sauna. Yesterday the surprise: by chance we discovered a message on the website that the swimming pool has been closed since the day before yesterday. Call to the hotel reception not answered, forwarded to the sister hotel: please call again on Monday between 9 and 10 a.m. On Monday at 9:15 a.m., forwarding again: The reception was only staffed until 9 a.m. (on the Internet it says 7 a.m. to 12 p.m.), the next contact option would not be until Tuesday morning. Apparently there is no one present at the hotel to answer a phone call. As the weekend approaches and we have to decide what to do with our vacation, here's the decision: the trip has been canceled. Very, very unfortunate. If we had at least been informed, a discount would have been possible (they even let us book the additional package with extra towels and bathrobes), or if we had at least been able to speak to someone in this hotel personally, the decision might have been different. It's a shame, because 4 years ago we were really excited!!

We found our stay in the hotel great. The room was clean and nicely decorated. Unfortunately the bed was a bit too soft for us, but you can't please everyone. The staff was super super nice. We'd love to come back

Now that the pool has closed, it's absolutely not worth going there anymore. Restaurant is gone, bowling alley is gone. Now with parking fees and a very excessive fitness membership. Absolutely no recommendation anymore.
