We booked for 2 days and it was okay.Unfortunately, the wellness area was not always clean. There were no towels and there were no employees on site.As far as breakfast is concerned, there was little choice and the plates smelled unpleasant.We paid €700 for 2 nights and expected much more.We wouldn't go there again.

This "double hotel" (2 houses) is certainly one of the best in Kühlungsborn. Both houses are excellently equipped and are perfectly maintained by the very friendly staff. The restaurant and breakfast buffet leave nothing to be desired. Particularly worthy of mention: The “guest folder” includes a well-equipped Android-based tablet PC. In addition to excursion recommendations, you can also access thousands of radio programs, YouTube and a nice offer that allows you to send greeting cards by email. You can also make phone calls with it, but we didn't try it out. A particularly nice offer: If you skip room cleaning for the next day, you will receive a drink voucher worth €10.00 for breakfast that day. This can also be booked via the “guest folder” (see above) - we would love to come back.

As a child, many years ago, I was in this house for a spa stay of several weeks. Now I was curious about this hotel.I recognized my castle from far away. Of course it looks really nice now. It is located right by the sea, the view of the sea is wonderful and the short walk to the beach, just down the stairs.There are very nice, modern rooms in the house, very clean and we were able to sleep well in the bed. The bathroom that came with it was also very modern, with everything you needed.There is a coffee machine in the room and you always get coffee capsules.If you don't have the room cleaned, you get a voucher that you can redeem in the restaurant, which we thought was great.There is also a spa and wellness area in the house, as well as a fitness room.The reception and restaurant are located in the other associated hotel. We had our delicious, very good breakfast there, on the wonderful terrace with a view of the Baltic Sea. The service is commendable.For my birthday, the hotel gave me a small cake with a candle and a very nice birthday card with kind words. Once again a big thank you for this kind gesture.The hotel complex is located at the beginning of the long promenade.From here you can take walks to the pier, the harbor and beyond. Small restaurants and lots of benches invite you to linger.Luckily the weather was nice and we were able to lie on the beach and swim in the Baltic Sea.We had a wonderful week in this beautiful hotel.We would like to thank all the employees once again, we will definitely come back and recommend it to others with a clear conscience, or we already have.

Absolutely unbeatable location.Rooms are contemporary and fine.Breakfast buffet is quite extensive but with room to spare.Dinner at home wasn't all that nice. Wrong order delivered and ordering more drinks almost impossible.Overall, the hotel is highly recommended.

Incredibly beautiful castle-style hotel. Great, large room with a great view of the sea. Wellness area is very good, with a relaxation area by the sea. Breakfast very good, staff incredibly friendly. Thank you for the great stay!

The Baltic Sea directly in the room…We stayed there for 9 nights in the first week of September. The location is really unbeatable, sea view, 20 meters and you are right on the Baltic Sea. Seen from the outside, the building has beautiful architecture, great. Inside there is a fitness center, swimming pool, something for everyone. The elevator takes you to the individual rooms, in our case it was a double room with a balcony and sea view - beautiful. The beds - very spacious and comfortable. The furnishings - fit. Minibar and Nespresso machine complete the impression. The bathroom - very spacious, lots of space, shower and bathtub available. Breakfast and drinks, and dinner if you want it, are available directly opposite in the main building. Very good breakfast, special requests are possible at any time, everything is fine. Really great hotel, except for: cell phone network partially unavailable, Wi-Fi as well, parking in the hotel's own parking lot 15 euros - well. Apart from the few points mentioned, a clear recommendation for a nice holiday.

Everything is just right in this hotel! Beautiful and spacious rooms, excellent restaurant, cozy bar and, above all, always very friendly and courteous staff. The food was simply fantastic and the view of the sea was indescribably beautiful at any time of day.

Very good hotel, very nice rooms, very nice shower unfortunately with weaknesses (heat, drainage), but we were able to shower in the next room, so service was very good, very flexible. It didn't affect our stay, it may have been a coincidence, as the facilities were otherwise very high standard. We'd love to come back.

We had unforgettable days in this great hotel for my mom's 60th birthday. The entire team was so friendly, helpful and accommodating. The rooms and the view are super nice. Here you can only feel comfortable and forget about everyday life.

In addition to the prime location, the perfect and extremely friendly service at the reception, in the restaurant and in the bar is particularly noteworthy. The sea view is magnificent and the hotel is very well equipped, we didn't miss anything. Price-performance ratio is okay and appropriate to the overall impression. We would be happy to come back and recommend the hotel.

We spent my birthday in this hotel, it was just perfect, I'm happy with everything, the breakfast lady was a bit unfriendly but that doesn't affect everything else, thank you for everything, it's the second time we spent my birthday there celebrated 💞💞💞
