Had a nice, clean apartment on the 3rd floor (3.07) with a breathtaking view of the pier and the Baltic Sea. The apartment house has a beautiful courtyard and everything is clean.The location is great, you can reach everything on foot, otherwise there is a small tourist train in town 😉The underground car park is a bit narrow for larger cars and you have to get used to the lifting platform technology ☝️😆Highly recommended ☝️🙂

There are different owners and managers in the Atlantic apartment house, so what you get depends a little on the apartment you book.This is our third time in the house with different apartments. Until now, all apartments had their own parking space (without it it is very difficult to find one, actually the only parking space at Edeka remains). The parking spaces are quite tight. There are parking spaces on stages with double occupancy (top and bottom), which accommodate a maximum weight of two tonnes. Things quickly get tight with a hybrid or electric car. The other places are also tight, but otherwise fine.So far, all of our apartments have been rather tight. The equipment varies greatly, from almost fully equipped to rather poor (without oven, bread knife or ladle). The children's room is actually only suitable for overnight stays. It's just enough for a vacation. But the location is brilliant. Whether shopping, shopping, children's fun, food or the beach, everything is within walking distance. The complex can only be entered with a key, so it is very quiet overall.Due to the location, we would be happy to book the facility again.

Door of the trash can broken -> smell in summer :(Towels cost extra, 25 euros per person.You have to get toilet paper yourself.Price/performance is underground.

There have been two dead fish in the pond for almost a week.Apartment 007 has some broken/damaged blinds that cannot be adjusted. Since there are no other curtains in the living room, there is no privacy.The chair has a crack.There is only a small cushion for three garden chairs. Everyone else has to sit on the cold metal.There is a bus parking lot in front of the terrace, there is currently a construction site there. That's quite disturbing.But the location is great.

Great holiday apartment. Cleanliness was like this, cigarette butts in the ashtray on the balcony, not enough dishwashing taps, not enough toilet paper, parking in the basement with a lift function for wide cars very difficult, maximum height of 1.80 is specified, but a width of 2m is not possible because you cannot get out of the car, and weight max. 2 tons. Please ask about alternatives beforehand.!!! Otherwise everything is ok. Manuela

We stayed in apartment 114 for a week. The outside area and the inner courtyard were very well maintained. The underground car park was also clean and large enough, even for a slightly larger vehicle.The apartment was comfortably furnished with a large balcony. The bathroom and shower offered plenty of space.There was enough crockery in the kitchen so that you could easily cook for yourself.Both booking via Upstalsboom and handing over the keys were quick and easy. When we arrived we were greeted very friendly by guest service.We had a wonderful week at Haus Atlantic and would love to come back.

We spent a week in apartment 203 and we can only say we are thrilled.Everything is very clean and tidy, the courtyard looks very well maintained, the apartment is clean and tastefully decorated.We felt completely at home. Great central location 1 minute to the pier Shops right in front of the door Edika is also not far away. And my dog (Pepe) meets a lot of other dogs. In the evening, he's exhausted and he's tired quickly.Dog happy masteralso satisfied...

This was our second time in this beautiful house. The view alone is so meditative that it's all worth it. I have rarely experienced such wonderful peace at 5 a.m. Leave the promenade, the sea/lake is very quiet and the birdsong is unique. We'll be back in October.
