We have a large 4 room apartment object 0811 in August 2024Bad Doberaner Straße 6 brented. The apartment was very nicely furnished and met our expectations at first glance. Unfortunately, there were several areas of mold growth in one of the bedrooms. The problem was obviously known as the baseboards had already been removed, behind which the mold was mainly located. As a result, an unpleasant smell was noticeable in the room.We complained about the condition of the rental property 0811 to the accommodation agency and were able to prove the mold with photos. It was received kindly. But unfortunately, to date there has been no response from either the ZV or the private landlord. For such a high-quality holiday apartment (over €2000) this is really not an option. After asking the ZV several times by email, we were put off with the fact that the landlord, Mr. Grell, would contact us. As I said, this hasn't happened to date...it's a real shame!! We are very disappointed!

We rented apartment number 6 in the Mecklenburg house. Unfortunately we were disappointed. The apartment is one of the more expensive properties, so of course you have corresponding expectations. Unfortunately, I have to say that I have never slept so badly. The mattresses in the master bedroom are completely worn out, stained and old. Beach chair not available, but the pictures on the website suggest that it is there. Our son was correspondingly disappointed. The underground parking space is also very narrow.

We had an apartment in the Villa Laura cottage. The apartment and the location are a dream. I particularly liked the shower with the rainforest shower head. The equipment shows the attention to detail. Unfortunately, the bicycle cellar only has stairs and is therefore difficult to reach. Especially if you have an e-bike like me, it would be nice if there was a groove in the stairs where I could push the bike down.Then why the 2 star deduction. I think it's pretty cheeky to ask for an extra €50 to move into an apartment on a Saturday. Especially since Saturday is the changeover day in all holiday regions. Saturday is a normal working day in Germany.

We had a very nice, small holiday apartment right by the sea. The apartment was very clean and well furnished. The facility was very well maintained and very beautiful.The accommodation agency was very flexible and helpful. We felt very comfortable. Thank you.

We have been booking through Ostseezv (Anke Schultz) for years. We are always super satisfied. The ladies at reception are very, very nice and every problem is solved immediately. Upon arrival (even at 12 p.m.) we were always able to move into our room straight away. Which is not a given. Big praise for that.We will definitely come back.

Easy to reach and a diverse repertoire of different holiday apartments. The ladies are always approachable (during opening hours) and very service-oriented. Nowadays you hardly need to mention your preferences as a regular guest. 😀 The condition of the apartments is of course not the responsibility of the agency...here something could be improved here or there.

We stayed in the beautiful Waldhaus, 3 rooms, apartment 16/1500, in Kühlungsborn for 14 days. Unfortunately, the apartment was not very clean overall and there were some deficiencies. We'll leave out the details here, but there's one thing we really wanted to see fixed. We haddefective stove tops! So, there were only 2 disks and both had no power. We asked the ZV to rectify the defect. They wanted to send someone to replace the hotplates with a new ceramic hob. Unfortunately just an empty stalling tactic! Owner contacted, could not be reached by phone, requested call back was not given. We couldn't cook for 14 days. This was not planned and involved additional costs. Very very annoying!The WiFi was also very poor because too many residents had to share one connection. It's called a hotspot. The bike shed was also significantly too small. There was a single parking space for this 4 person apartment.
