Cute little campsite between the dunes. The sanitary facilities were clean and in order. About half an hour's walk to the main town, no problem with a handcart that can be rented at the harbor. The small kiosk at the campsite (campsite is the better term) surprisingly has everything you need. There was a lot going on over Ascension Day, but it wasn't overcrowded. We'd love to come back!

Great island without cars! The campsite is about 3 km from the town and can only be reached on foot. A luggage service can be booked in advance. Disabled guests can also be transported upon request. The sea lies directly behind the dunes. The places are not marked out and can be chosen fairly freely. There is a great shop with the best (often organic) goods on site, where you can always enjoy fresh coffee😋. There is also a bathroom with showers, toilets and washing up facilities.Spartan, but wonderfully close to nature!

The ultimate tip for a relaxing summer vacation. The kiosk owner’s remark “you don’t need what’s not here” is completely accurate. Very well located natural campsite in the middle of the Wadden Sea World Heritage Site. Were there for the second time now, the third time is not out of the question! Important to know, it is a natural campsite. Oh wonder...the rubbish has to be carried to the bin and separated there :)) Bags/headlamps are a must for the evening. Sanitary facilities are available, which are well maintained by campsite users, but are also used by day visitors to the island. Sometimes I would have liked to have been more attentive to the main benefits of the campsite. Nice, cozy stretch of beach that is hardly overcrowded. Here you can take great walks in the mud flats. make.
