One point is deducted for the really terrible mattress. It is so soft that you can almost lie on the slatted frame.

We had booked an apartment from the hotelStaff very friendly and helpfulSimply furnished, couch sagging and uncomfortableUnfortunately, cleanliness is not taken very seriously here.Windows could be cleaned and you can look out again. The shower has a blocked drain so that the bathroom is wet after showering. The existing TV was very small, in a motorhome you have a larger one.Since the apartment is from the hotel, I would have expected at least soap in the bathroom and dish soap for washing up.The kitchen, on the other hand, is very well equipped, the bed was ok.The breakfast buffet, which is included in the price, was very good. All things considered, this price is simply far too expensive.

Hello, we were there for 5 days, we felt very comfortable, the staff was very friendly, we were able to see everything we wanted from our room with a panoramic view, we were also lucky with the weather, a trip there is worth it, you can experience a lot around it if you drive or cycling.

Friendly yes! Breakfast could be better for the price. But the toilet doesn't work at all!!! And until recently we were dog owners ourselves, so much dog hair on the balcony should be cleaned up.Because of the lack of cleanliness.Too close to the street for us. Environment quite ok. But don't go there again.

Well, I wouldn't exactly call it a "HOTEL". “Bed & Breakfast” is probably closer to that status. Because the “reception” is only staffed until 2 p.m. If you arrive later, you can take part in a scavenger hunt: the large, unpaved, free parking lot of the "Hitel" is hidden away. As mentioned, the main entrance is barricaded from 2:00 p.m. You should have a cell phone with you to call the hotline. Then you are directed to the back entrance of the “hotel” and have to enter the PIN for the reservation in an inconspicuous gray, unlabeled box. But the PIN doesn't work. So call again and a new PIN will be given. Then to the elevator. But it doesn't seem to work. Call again because the room is four floors high. You should “...press the elevator button very firmly,” then the elevator would work. And that's actually true. The booked room with sea view is generously sized and offers a wonderful view over the harbor and the Wadden Sea. (However, there are also basement rooms at the back). The cleanliness in the room sometimes leaves a lot to be desired. Dust us spider webs. Bathroom with clean but antiquated plastic shower curtain. Large balcony with table and two chairs (room 403). According to the display, rooms are NOT cleaned on Saturday and Sunday in order to “relieve the staff”. On the other days the room cleaning is rather phlegmatic. The only exit through the back door in the afternoon was temporarily blocked by numerous parked e-bikes. This is a blocked escape route. Breakfast is in a lovely conservatory with a good, acceptable standard and good selection of food and drinks.

Great location, clean room, furnishings a bit outdated, shower only|with curtain, you flood the whole bathroom. Hotel staff friendly but reception and staff only on site until 2 p.m. …

The room was very warm in summer weather. If you open the balcony window door in the evening, the kitchen smell from the neighboring restaurant came into the room along with mosquitoes. The staff was polite, friendly and always helpful.

We wanted to thank you very much for the wonderful holiday in the hotel. The hotel team was very nice and super accommodating, leaving no wish unfulfilled. Hotel is located directly central. Can't understand the bad reviews. We'll be back next year.
