I visited the RV parking space at the beginning of October. Relaxed, clean, well connected, close to the beach. The sanitary facilities were very clean and there was good, warm shower water. Opening times for registering at the site were limited, the parking machine was already out of service, but everything could be done at the tourist information office nearby, including the chip card to use the sanitary facilities.

This was our second time camping there and it was really nice, the grounds and sanitary facilities were always clean and the staff were friendly. We are already looking forward to the next time

Actually a very well located campsite. Toilets and showers are very clean. The kiosk on the square has a well-functioning bread roll service, but at the end of September they were no longer able to make the butter available again for 3 euros.Furthermore, when booking it would be advertised that dogs are welcome, but this is completely different on site with red zones in which dogs are not allowed. Actually everything is red except where you booked.We weren't interested in that, we went wherever we wanted with our dogs on a leash. If you know Denmark and the Netherlands like we do, you know immediately when you are back in Germany that the bans, rules and barriers will start.I don't necessarily have to come back.

Were here with the motorhome and stood on the parking space in front of the campsite. A very quiet place with everything you need as a camper. You definitely need the shower card if you want to use the toilets. Of course you can also shower with it, €5 credit and €5 deposit. Electricity costs 1€/kWh. Everything is very well maintained and as good as new.We liked the outdoor pool, which you can visit included in the price.The North Sea beach wasn't really my thing, but if you like letting the kids play in the mud, this is the right place for you.All in all, recommended and a big compliment and thank you to the operator(s).

We come every year in September. Fresh air, good rest. Camping holidays are our thing. Staff are always friendly. Wash house clean.

We had a great and relaxing short vacation at this place. Organizationally very well structured. Generous plots. Clean and new sanitary facilities. The kiosk isn't very big, but it's well stocked. Delicious baked goods available. Gastronomy on site.Price performance TOP👍

Sanitary is great, but the place is laid out more like a parking lot. Hardly any privacy, everything is very timed: what I'm allowed to do and what I'm not allowed to do. Above all: you are not allowed to walk the path with your dog! But the fact that guests are still allowed in with tents at 3 minutes before 10 p.m. and the party continues until 2 a.m. doesn't matter. All dog owners are squeezed into a corner, even though the rest of the space would have had a capacity of 40%. Because the dogs are so close to each other and there are also guard dogs that bark/bark, there is always a certain level. This place is no longer an option for us.

It is not a hotel, but a cozy campsite with fascinating natural scenery. Here guests have either a tent, a mobile home or a caravan. Some Pipo wagons and North Sea carts can also be rented as accommodation. I was there with my motorhome and was actually very satisfied. Unfortunately the weather wasn't at its best. Entry to the heated outdoor seawater pool is included.

Good morningWere here for the second time, this time with a dog.Staff friendly, always trying to help when needed.Sanitary facilities are clean and there are enough parking spaces in good condition.There is enough exercise for dogs.Only some dog owners think they don't have to keep their dogs on a leash because they're so small and they don't do anything. Free to Rüther.Finally, a question, wouldn't it be possible to use a dog shower, for example? B. on theTo install a tent meadow, not thatIt would be too far ahead, I just think that the guests there sometimes get a shower.It wasn't a complaint but a suggestionDefinitely we will come back.

Very nicely located campsite right on the beach, friendly and always helpful staff at reception, 2 modern and clean sanitary buildings, kiosk with the most important little things, very good idea of the sandwich bag with order form for the next day, supermarket and good restaurants in the nearby town, heated seawater swimming pool on site, free with guest card, kiosk for fish dishes and fish sandwiches on site,Beautiful cycle paths along the dike and to Dornum and Esenz or surrounding villages.All in all a highly recommended place, we would be happy to come back at any time.

Ladies and GentlemenWe took a short vacation at your campsite and would like to write some feedback here.What we as dog owners would have found nicer would be:1. If there had been more trash cans with dog bags. These were not only rare on the campsite but also in the entire town and harbor.2. It would also have been nice if the sandy beach had a designated area for dogs where they could enjoy the joys of bathing together. The “dog beach” was more of a mud hole! And if the dog shower is defective, you have a real problem, especially since the repair was a long time coming. Here you could take Sahlenburg as an example.3. Access to the swimming pool. We would have liked there to be deck chairs on the outdoor area for the dogs and access to the swimming pool from there.Ultimately, with a fee of €5 per day for the dog, one or the other must be possible?4. What we found very positive was the clean campsite.5. The sanitary facilities are beautifully and practically designed. What was very welcome was the cleanliness of the facility.6. We also found the staff friendly and helpful.

Great clean campsite, the individual places are a bit free, no bushes or boundaries but that is probably due to the North Sea. Otherwise everything was great, huge pool facility, clean toilet, clean showers, easy check-in.Bread roll service is great and everything works perfectly. The small kiosk has the most necessary things for survival. The area is very nice for cycling. You can get everywhere very easily.

We stayed there for two nights with our dogs. The hygiene in the stilt house is catastrophic. In the showers there is mold on the smooth shower walls, which can only occur if you don't clean the shower for days. Very disgusting and didn't give me a good feeling. In addition, little is done to combat limescale, which is noticeable in the shower head and taps.The location of the campsite is good, but behind the high dike, so you are exposed to the wind quite heavily. You definitely have to take this into account if you rely on an awning, as in our case.The “dog beach” is not really big and therefore space can be tight. Not a big problem in the off-season, but probably rather unpleasant in the summer.
