We were guests of the Pavliceks in mid-September. The communication in advance with Ms. P. was very uncomplicated. We were welcomed very nicely. The room is really well equipped for 40€ for 2 people, even if the shower and toilet are one floor below. Kettle, hotplate, tea, crockery and cutlery all available. Towels were also provided for us. The accommodation is actually not that suitable for very tall people. All in all we were very satisfied.

Just right for hikers looking for inexpensive accommodation with breakfast. Everything you need. Even your own refrigerator, hotplate, kettle, etc. I can only recommend it as an insider tip.

The guesthouse was very homely and we have rarely received such a friendly welcome. We stayed here while passing through from Malerweg and had a lovely time. The house was furnished in a very traditional style and you have a great view from the room under the roof. Breakfast was delivered right to your door by the really nice lady. Overall, highly recommended for people who want to have a relaxing night in hiking peace!

If you like something rustic and a little nostalgic, this is the place for you. Super nice hosts, old house, with shower and toilet (exclusively for the guest room) one floor down. The individual rooms can be reached via the normal house entrance through the apartment. If you don't mind low ceilings and older beds, you'll find a very cheap and nice place to stay overnight here. Including breakfast (can be booked optionally).Cash only but highly recommended.

The accommodation is in close proximity to the Mahlerweg, recommended for Mahlerweg hikers. However, the guest room under the attic is not suitable for tall people (low ceiling height in the room and shower (not a problem at 1.70m). The beds are also very narrow and short. The grandfather clock in the hallway can still be heard loudly even under the attic ( Possible with ear plugs). The room is simply but comfortably furnished. The shower and toilet are downstairs. Cooking facilities are available in the room (especially useful during the winter break). For 1 person I think 40 € for the room with shower and toilet on the floor below is too much (it's okay for 2 people).

Lovely. Clean sheets, comfortable beds, lovely host, great prices. What more can you ask for? It's great for those doing malerweg as it is near the end point of Day 2
