Hello, I was at the spa at the Louisa/jasenius hotel french spa I want to express my thanks to all the staff from the maids to the manager, everything was top notch and the restaurants and clinics were great I recommend to everyone. come back again

I have a beautiful 1-bed room, a shower in the corridor, I don't mind, the toilet is in the room, I eat in Luisa, where I walk through a glass tunnel, it's very good and a rich selection of buffets, I also have 2 procedures in Luisa, the staff is very helpful and willing

I wish you a good day. I visited the Spa Hotel Jesenijus. It is a two-star hotel, but I was pleasantly surprised by the room, which was nicely cleaned and cozy. So I thank the cleaning ladies for their care.

After reading the reviews here, I started to wonder where the hell I was going! Unfortunately, people complain more than praise! For me, the most amazing 4 weeks I could experience in the spa! I have never rested like this in my life! Even though I swam over 100 km in the pool, walked over 350 km in the beautiful parks and surroundings of Frantove, I relaxed. All procedures great, staff everywhere pleasant. The facilities of the Hotel Jesenius** are older, but nothing terrible. The food in the dining room of Hotel Luisa*** is amazing! In the whole 4 weeks, practically no food was repeated! Everything is very good, except for the pie on the tray for lunch, which is really not good for them, but no disaster. Selection of meat, vegetables, side dishes, fruit, drinks, simply everyone chooses. I spent the end of November and most of December there when Corona was on the rise again. Hygiene in the first place, disinfection everywhere, clean toilets, disposable gloves in the cafeteria, antigen tests once a week and, of course, respirators everywhere (except for the pool and at meals).For me: I'm definitely not here for the last time, I'd love to come back and let myself be pampered 👍

The accommodation is quite sufficient, the surroundings are very nice. The breakfast is average, the pastries are soggy. But what's the highlight is that for breakfast you get apparently expired sausages and hams that stick together and have nothing to do with the smell. Lunch is a disaster, for example roast belly with cabbage and you have a choice of potatoes or rice for that - well, disgusting, all the food before you bring it to the table they are cold, repeatedly. Glasses rough, poorly washed. This really shouldn't happen in a hotel. When I returned home, I brought stomach problems. The only advantage is that you can drink as much as you want. It's a shame that an otherwise nice stay is spoiled by the catering. František lázně yes, this hotel never again.

This is our third time here. And disappointment. The paintings that decorated the corridors are gone and there are other ones in the frames. The artistic value is problematic, and in order for the visitors to "enjoy" it, the same ones are constantly repeated there. Terror!!! Go take a look. It's worth it. I wonder who could have enforced this.

If you are not too demanding, it is quite good. Nice staff, good accommodation and quite decent cuisine. It is excellent to drink with every meal (beer, wine, Cola, juices, coffee and tea). Nice hotel environment.
