The reception was very friendly, the employees at the reception always had an open ear and our concerns were quickly resolved. The room was a bit shabby, there were deposits in the toilet🤢 and there were silverfish in the bathroom. The rooms were not cleaned and there were no cleaning devices available for cleaning yourself. So you live in dirt all the time. It hadn't been cleaned properly beforehand - the table was sticky and the carpet was also unclean. Therefore the feel-good factor was ZERO. Breakfast costs €25 per person, so you'll lose your appetite beforehand. I paid less for dinner including drinks at a restaurant nearby. We got breakfast in the morning at the local bakery, it was good and filling for just €20 for 3 people. We certainly won't be coming back. As a managing director, would you feel comfortable in a room like this????

More appearance than realityWe were looking forward to a relaxing holiday between the years and booked an apartment in the Parkhotel because of the great location on the lake. At first glance we were also thrilled, the location was great, the lobby invited you to spend a cozy hour in front of the fireplace - this was the impression. We were quickly brought down to earth.The check-in was friendly - but they forgot to tell us that, contrary to the service description, there was no WiFi available in the entire Josephine house. We were only told this when we asked. The holiday apartment itself was carelessly furnished, very shabby and smelled of smoke. Price-performance ratio is absolutely not right here.A loud conversation at a neighboring table in the hotel lobby was very unpleasant, and one person in particular was very condescending about the guests in the holiday apartment. We couldn't have felt more unwelcome at that moment, so from then on we avoided the hotel and had our evening drinks in other places.

As a larger group of a wedding party, we expected more. The booking was very chaotic due to a software change. The rooms would need some care, ours had poor cleanliness and broken tiles in the bathroom area. Compared to accommodating friends, the price was too high. However, the accommodation is easily accessible, beautifully located and very quiet. Dogs are allowed.

The rating would have been better if the room had been clean and had undergone a necessary and overdue renovation. The room still smelled of cigarette smoke, there were crumbs in the fridge from the previous user and the shower had the patina of the previous user. The balcony furniture was certainly complete a few years ago, etc.

The apartment was in need of some renovation work, but was clean.The seating is very worn out. And unfortunately no one wiped the dead flying animals off the walls.The pamper board booked in the associated hotel was top. Delicious.And the wellness offers were great too. The staff in the restaurant and in the spa area were very friendly and helpful.At the reception it depended on who you met.The area is very nice for hiking and cycling. The lake opposite is also beautiful.

It couldn't be worse. Visited in August. Constant construction noise, no answer despite repeated requests. Booked for eight days. Asked for new towels on the fourth day, they only come from the fifth day, OK. The next day we asked three more times and actually had new towels, HURRAY. Location is of course great, but the apartment is very spartan. Paid the bill on the penultimate day, I really wanted 200€ more as it said on my booking from Booking. Luckily I had everything with me. I've never experienced it before. Opposite is the Brigitte country house, which is supposed to be great. You can also see it in the reviews.

I haven't even started the experience before staying I made a reservation in this facility where animals are allowed on request I wrote an email saying I had 2 medium sized dogs if it was okay... I didn't receive any response if I hadn't Having called booking upon arrival I discovered that I would have to pay 18 euros per dog per day for a total of 252 euros more just for the dogs, a disproportionate amount. Luckily, there is free cancellation, so if you have dogs, be careful when booking!

Beautiful house with an excellent location for the ultimate relaxation pleasure. It is also an ideal starting point for active holiday fun. Great service, rich breakfast buffet and service-oriented hosts..
