Accommodation is possible, usually rooms without soap or shampoo but clean and cozy. The restaurant is a disaster, apparently a young new cook, the food is oversalted, the oil is burnt. The waitress apologizes, but that's probably all, so to sum it up, I'd rather go somewhere else to eat.

We thank the owners for allowing us to have our wedding here. They cooked a great lunch for 50 guests + banquets. They also took care of the decoration for us, the service worked as it should. Everyone very friendly and accommodating. It's a beautiful piece of land.We can only recommend. 😊

I have stayed here several times in the last 3 years. However, the last experience was not pleasant. Only cold water ran in our room. Breakfast is available from 7:30, however, almost nothing was prepared upon arrival. Since we have to be at work on time, it complicated our whole day.

Almost complete satisfaction. I was bothered by the dogs of the guests' pets under the table at dinner, and one of them got a tick here and had to be treated and removed in the middle of the night at the Chebská hospital for surgery, and now I hope that the tick did not infect me and the dog inadvertently brushed against my leg and it was. It would definitely be appropriate to separate it for guests from pets in order to prevent similar incidents. Otherwise, excellent food, the chef is very skilled and nice, it's just a shame that every day the menu is the same, even if it's tasty, it could be done in a few minutes , pancakes with sheep, something with grilled fish and cabbage salad, potato filling, etc. vary Eating the same thing every day during the week does not add to the joy at all. Otherwise, very nice and skilled service in the restaurant. Varied breakfast where everyone will find something to their liking. The lady from Ukraine at breakfast is helpful and kind. The reception of the boarding house can't be faulted at all either, the girls are nice, smiling, willing to go out of their way to your satisfaction, simply satisfaction for us. If you want to eat well, have a cold beer, play bowling, skittles or ping pong, I highly recommend it. Quiet environment. We would love to visit them again in the future

Minimum number of guests, quiet, walking distance to the spa park, colonnade. Take a seat on the cycle routes in the direction of Cheb and the surrounding area.

Was with friends and can only recommend the place. Quiet location with good opportunities for hiking and cycling. The rooms were neatly furnished and the beds were very comfortable. The leisure activities on offer were also excellent. And the service was first class.

FAILUREI had to wait exactly 3 hours for my meal with absolutely no compensation. The service is unpleasant, when after 2 hours I asked about my meal, the waitress told me that it was not her problem, and the boss went to the supermarket to buy ingredients for my dish. When I entered the restaurant, I found a nervous chef shouting to the entire room - "No food". After 3 hours, I received my god-forbidden cold cold meal, which was a problem to pay for because the staff had a problem with the terminal and they sent me to the reception desk, where I spent another 20 minutes. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

We were staying in an apartment without meals, so I can't rate here. But there is a restaurant on the premises, so food, if you do not cook it yourself in the kitchen, is available within 2 minutes. The apartment was clean and nice. The kitchen is well equipped, the bathroom is luxurious with a bathtub. You can't talk much about the view there, because the windows either face the road and the parking lot, or face the wall. But we didn't mind that much. The only thing that really bothered us there was that the whole apartment and the corridor to it smelled of cigarette smoke. It was an incredible stench that we smelled on our clothes even after returning home. I don't know if the owner of the apartment can influence it in any way, because there is a private house below the apartment, where smokers apparently live, who go to smoke in the corridor that leads to the apartment. And because the apartment is on the 1st floor, all the stench from cigarettes rises up... For us as non-smokers, it was a really unreal stench that ruined the otherwise nice accommodation.

Relax is the wrong word, it's terrible.For the money, loudly terrible, spartan.The breakfast is also very spartan.Noisy rooms, the doors slam so you can't sleep. It was a day of absolute terror in the hallways that was unbearable.Very nice service in the restaurant, very hard working.The mattress in room 101 is an imposition.Not recommended, just not.

Nice big room, but... The mattresses don't work at all. Rarely have I slept so uncomfortably. A little decoration, a few pictures on the walls, a table and chairs or armchairs would be great, then the rooms would be much more comfortable. Service was good. Breakfast was great, nothing was missing.

Spent a weekend there with friends for an event nearby. All I can say is that I have never had such a bad time for so much money. The staff is totally unfriendly and only speaks Czech. The rooms, which I would describe as construction workers' accommodation, are only remotely acceptable at around €15-20 per night. The food was really bad, I don't think the "hotel" has a real chef. Definitely my last visit there. The possible activities in the hotel are good, but that's about it.

The slatted frame of the bed was broken —> we immediately got a new room, which was ok.In the morning and evening you can hear the neighbors showering and toilet animals in bed, the rooms are very noisy. Even the running noise of the water pipe can be clearly heard and we were awake at 6:00.Pure relaxation!Staff very friendly and helpful.Well suited for hiking and cycling.If you like that, you've come to the right place!Update 2nd and 3rd dayStaff annoyed when they asked why the WiFi was down.Rooms are not cleaned in between during the stay (4 days).The rooms above the restaurant are only for smokers as the smoking island is right below —> you should keep the windows closed otherwise the smoke will be in the bedroom.It's a shame that we had to pay in advance otherwise we would have changed!
