I really don't understand the praise here in the reviews.The staff, who were mostly pleasant, were cool. Especially the lady at the baths, the maids, the maintenance man and the masseuse lady on the second floor. That would conclude the list of positives.This is not one negative thing for me, but a lot of small things that spoil the overall impression. The bed in the room was a DISASTER. She squealed like a thousand wormholes at the slightest movement. The maintenance man tried to "polite" it, but you can't make solids out of the cheapest laminate, and I'm not even talking about mattresses.But I see the main minus in the food. It depends a lot on the shift, the chef, but in general:Breakfast: you'd think there was actually everything. Like yes and no. The eggs turned out according to what the cook was there, the parkas are suitable for vegetarians - 100% wheat. I'm not particularly demanding. Eggs and white yogurt, a few nuts/raisins in it - and I'm good to go. That there are balls and corn flakes available, whatever - I bought my own nuts - but! he usually didn't even have the yogurt. I note: we were at breakfast at 8:30, and breakfast is served until 10:00.Dinner: I don't even know what to write. The pork was usually tough when you had a chance to taste it and it wasn't done before you came. We went around 17:50 - 18:00 and dinner starts at 17:45 = we didn't come before the end of delivery. Everything was either tasteless or the chef dropped the pepper. Such quite socialist cuisine: something in pepper, leeks or lecho. Furthermore: I completely agree that food should not be thrown away and it seemed that they made a spread from the leftovers from the breakfast buffet for dinner - and paradoxically it was probably the best thing on the menu.Procedures: sure, the hotel was full, but the schedule, when I finish at 11:00 and my husband only starts at 1:30 p.m.… it is quite difficult to plan any trip or program. We were hoping that they would give it to us at a similar time - for example, in the morning - as they did everywhere else, and the MUDr promised us that here as well. Unfortunately. The pool opened I think (not sure) at 4pm. Sauna for an additional fee - something we have not seen in similar facilities so far.Well We left a day early and certainly won't be coming back, because we really aren't curious about these perfumed miseries. Moreover, if for the same or lower price we can have Francis Palace (verified - great hotel) or Spa hotel Centrum. Erika was unfortunately one step away.

LD is mainly visited by German tourists, pleasant professional service in the spa area. The breakfast could be improved a little, there are no pancakes or home baking (mostly purchased). Buffet dinner and quite a good selection, you just have to go on time, it doesn't refill. Location close to park close to downtown FL. The advantage is free parking at LD. You can go to the pool at any time, there is a mini golf course and a bike rental in the area.

I completed a spa stay at the Hotel Erika. A big advantage is that all treatments take place in-house and you don't have to switch between the hotel, the spa clinic in the Aqua Forum and the Kaiserbad, as was the case during your last spa stay in another hotel. The spa treatments are in no way inferior to the treatments in the spa clinic and are very good. In addition to the classic spa treatments, the house also offers extra-payable treatments such as aromatic massages, etc. The prices for such additional applications are not too expensive. The hotel guests are predominantly older people who take advantage of the spa treatments there.The good thing is that you can use the in-house indoor swimming pool free of charge every day from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. except Tuesday. You can also rent walking sticks and bicycles free of charge at the hotel. You can also borrow a bathrobe free of charge for the duration of your stay for a small deposit.The rooms are simply furnished, but clean and tidy and are cleaned regularly every day. The beds are comfortable. I could sleep well there. In addition to a television, there is a refrigerator and a safe in the rooms. The hotel is quietly located at the end of the northern spa park. You can only hear a bit of car traffic on the main road near the hotel, but it's not annoying.Full board meals are buffet style for breakfast and dinner. At lunch you can choose from 2 dishes. The quality of the food is good, hearty and tasty. In addition to various meat dishes, there is also fish, bread and cold cuts. However, you should arrive for dinner on time, especially in the evening, otherwise you may be left behind and not everything is available. However, this is not the kitchen's fault, but rather due to the behavior of individual guests who shovel mountains onto their plates and then don't eat it all. Drinks with your meal have to be paid for separately, although the prices are not overpriced.The staff at reception, in the restaurant and in the spa area are mostly friendly and accommodating. You can tell that, in contrast to the hotel at my last treatment, it is a privately run hotel where the bosses take care of the guests themselves.I can only recommend the house to anyone who doesn't value the luxury of a 4 or 5 star hotel, but is looking for good spa treatments at a reasonable price.I will definitely come back again.
