I can recommend the Mattoni apartment to all ten. We were 2 adults and a 3-year-old child. Beautiful, bright, clean, spacious apt., bathroom with infrared sauna. Well equipped kitchen. Very comfortable beds. TV. Very good accommodation location, close to the station, not far from the city center, shops. The owner is very helpful, she advised us, among other things, on many places for trips, with a detailed description incl. maps Just perfect service, we really liked it here. And the welcome cake was really good;) Thank you. ZR

We spent 6 days in a quiet, comfortable apartment in the center of Františkovy Lázně near the railway station, which was well equipped and ready for our stay. We also used the infrared sauna, which is part of the bathroom. Thank you also for the attitude of the owner, who made us feel like welcome guests. Pleasant accommodation close to the center and the Aquafóra and the railway station. Very nice owner and communicates well with her. He will help with everything and advise where to go, where to swim, what to see, etc. Definitely recommend.

Very nice, modern accommodation with an equipped kitchen and bathroom. The apartment is located in the city center, yet it is quiet here. Availability of shops, Aquaforum, train station - everything nearby. Communication with the owner is absolutely excellent. We were extremely satisfied here, I can warmly recommend it.

Accommodation in a newly renovated, very tastefully furnished and practically equipped apartment. Fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher.The apartment is very well located - everything is within walking distance, parking in the closed yard. Very accommodating and helpful owner. Due to the many attractions that are worth visiting, there is also the possibility of going on a trip to neighboring Germany to the town of Marktredwitz (approx. 30 km) where you can go shopping (you can also speak Czech) or just take a tour of the town with its picturesque streets lined with half-timbered houses houses. We recommend the accommodation 100% and we will definitely come back here again.

Five stars for the owner and her apartment! Quiet location near the main colonnade. The lady owner is nice, kind and helpful. The equipment is perfect, everything is new, clean and tidy. Maximum satisfaction!

Thank you for a pleasant week spent in your apartment. The owner was very pleasant and helpful, she helped us plan trips to the area, cycle routes with children and other tips on interesting places, a homely approach, perfect arrangement. We also appreciate the possibility of parking in the closed yard, the possibility of storing bicycles.The agreed breakfasts were downright luxurious, the apartment is spacious, clean, well furnished, located in a quiet location yet close to the spa center, next to the park.Overall, we were very satisfied and would love to come back sometime.

the accommodation was very good. quiet location a stone's throw from the spa and spa park with many springs. the apartment was excellently equipped, very comfortable beds, spacious rooms furnished with new furniture and appliances. the owner is very nice, problem-free communication. overall we were very satisfied. I can only recommend.
