My wife and I were here for a long weekend. The accommodation is in a very nice place, the hotel itself has a fairy-tale feel. I appreciate that we were able to view all the rooms virtually on the hotel's website in advance, so we knew exactly what to expect. The owner was very helpful, he always asked if everything was okay and if we needed anything. Breakfast great! Thanks!

Accommodation in a very quiet place in a beautiful environment. You really feel like you are in a castle. The operator contributes to the perfect impression with his calm, professional demeanor.Excellent breakfast and other pleasant benefits that will contribute to a romantic stay.It is close to the city, a 10-minute walk through the park.Františkovy Lázně and its surroundings will ensure an interesting and beautiful vacation.Thank you for this accommodation.

An absolutely wonderful stay, the place is quiet and at the same time accessible both on foot (e.g. from Františkové Lázně) and by car. The accommodation is wonderful, clean, the breakfast rich and delicious. There are many interesting places around that are worth visiting.

Speechless, the headline of my review really hits home.A very nice, small hotel in a quiet location and a very nice and attentive host.The rooms and the house are cozy and furnished with great attention to detail.You feel like a princess in an enchanted castle.The breakfast was also great.Nothing was missing. Sweet, savory, salad, fruit, yogurt, muesli. There was something for everyone.The host also gave us tips and advice for excursions.He had been very accommodating.I can highly recommend this accommodation in Františkovy Lázně to everyone.

We had a great time at this wonderful place! Don't believe the 1 star ratings, those are not guests at the hotel, just angry people cause they couldnt visit the hotel, which is totally normal if you dont book a room....dumb people!

Suuuuper! Great hotel, great host, great location, delicious breakfast, very clean room and the whole little castle. It's so quiet and relaxing here, very beautiful. We got great tips for excursions and restaurants from our castle lord. Thank you again!

We have now been guests at the Rezidence Zámeček for the fourth time. Every time a relaxing experience.The house / small castle is 5 -10 minutes walk outside the center of Františkovy Lázné. In the middle of the green. A wonderful location for our standards.The host speaks Czech and English. He is extremely attentive, friendly, helpful and has a pleasant, calm demeanor.One of our family members received a nice surprise for his big birthday. Thank you for that.In addition, everything is available in the rooms. From the nail file to the bathrobe. Also a capsule machine for coffee. Super!If we ride our motorcycle towards the Alps again, this will definitely be our stopover again.

Absolute madness! Totally quiet, the location and incredibly beautiful and lovingly designed hotel, the staff is incredibly nice. We will definitely come back and can only recommend it!! 🥰

In this place, given that it is located on one of the circular walking routes around Fr. Spa, he was waiting for an open great cafe. It wasn't like that. It's a shame, it's a beautiful place otherwise.

Extraordinary boutique hotel in a great, quiet location. Only about 15 minutes walk to the center through a park. Great beds and very good and lovingly prepared breakfast. Everything you need for a good start to the day. Great host! Thank you for the lovely stay.

I was surprised by the very personal and attentive approach of the administrator/receptionist, who at the same time was not typically intrusive.In combination with a humble speech/voice, I actually really felt like a lord in a castle :-)Beautiful areas for breakfast, nice and calm atmosphere around. The walk to the colonnade was not as long as I originally thought from the maps.I can definitely recommend :-)

A beautiful little castle, in the forest. The location is quiet, but you can be in the city in just a few minutes. We would be very spoiled. The host gave us helpful tips for our trip. The breakfast was lovingly prepared and left nothing to be desired. Highly recommended.

Nice, small hotel a bit remote, but very quiet. Delicious breakfast. Very lovingly prepared and on Sundays there were extra creps for breakfast. Nothing is missing. You can book a massage. Just contact us if you have any requests. You can get into the city cheaply by taxi or on foot in about 15 to 20 minutes through the adjacent park. The hotel owner takes a lot of time to answer questions or explain directions, call a taxi, etc. As a farewell he took a photo of us.
