We have already visited the spa 3 times with our children and it was always Libuše. We would welcome a few small things a little differently, e.g. regarding the dining room. But 1000 people, 1000 tastes... Although in our case it wasn't about the taste, but about the menu. Thank you for your service and maybe next time. :)

The whole spa stay was terrible. Food was rarely edible, and when it was, it was scarce. It even happened that we didn't get breakfast. There are no restaurants in Kynžvart, except for the spa cafe selling pizza (semi-finished product), which they don't have forever anyway, because it's sold out. If you don't have a car, you and your child will be bored here and you will be limited to three playgrounds, which the children will tire of after a few days. There is practically nowhere to go with the child. Without a car, it's just horrible. The doctor and the station nurse are people who think of themselves as having liberated the entire spa and that it all belongs to them. It is absolutely impossible to agree on something and everything goes according to their tracks. It is impossible to go on a trip for the whole day after the procedures, because you have to report at every meal (breakfast, lunch, dinner) when they cross you that you are present.Auxiliary work in the spa is done by prisoners under the occasional supervision of the prison service. They mow the grass, clean, repair, etc.. That would be understandable. What I don't understand is that one of the unsupervised prisoners goes to the room to fix the reported fault!!Procedures in my opinion horror. Four procedures done in 25 minutes, including dressing, and you're done.The information you receive is minimal. You have to ask everything and then they make a fool out of you and laugh in your face. Terror...The crux of the whole stay was that during the last medical check-up, my son didn't recognize definitely recognizable pneumonia, so on the first day after returning home, we visited the doctor, who couldn't help but marvel at the spa treatment.I definitely do not recommend the Kynžvart spa with children.
