Dear Rugeshus, arriving at your place is different, there is pure silence and, now in spring, wild snowdrops everywhere. Your driveway has been renovated so that you can easily drive to it with a 3m high x 2.2m wide x 6m long motorhome.Then we were allowed to park by arrangement. Thanks! And the walk down to the Baltic Sea between Lohme and Glowe is special. The view of our sea makes us forget the news: walk along the narrow, steep slope path, then climb down to the sea with its stone treasures, the crash of the waves, the play of colors that the sun creates... Switch off, forget...Thank you Rugeshus for being here on the Other Wild Rügen...You also allowed us to stay overnight.An extra thank you for your generosity and the very friendly conversation, Benjamin. It's good in these times.

We just went and discovered the pure nature there. We as capital city residents are completely physically exhausted. Insider tip for hikers and nature lovers. Unfortunately there is Corona and the guesthouse was closed.

Magical little refuge, right on the cliffs, surrounded by green, green and more green! 😍 Discovered by chance on Facebook, we quickly booked four nights here by phone with 2 dogs in the middle of the popular summer hustle and bustle. But if you want to escape all the hustle and bustle of vacationers at the same time, you've come to the right place!!! 🍀🐾🐾 A beautifully enchanted fairytale garden because it can be natural, plus a spacious room with bathroom and an attractive, modernly equipped and very clean and well thought-out shared kitchen with a large dining room... a dream! ❤️ Unfortunately, you can't choose the roommates who keep their room doors slamming shut and who, after falling out with each other, can no longer act friendly, even with their roommates... But no host is immune from this and unfortunately there are such egoists everywhere. - Conclusion: We had a wonderful time out here, were able to unwind and enjoy the nights that still showed the full starry sky. We are very, very happy to come back, dear Benjamin!!! 🤗🌊🌤️🌲🌳🌻🐝🐌🐞✨

If you love nature, you've come to the right place. Price-performance is top.As a family we felt very comfortable. Rooms very clean and tidy. Kitchen very modern and clean. If you don't feel comfortable there, it's your own fault. Everything is easily accessible by car. No mass tourism. Always happy...There is nothing negative to report...Just great...

Great location, very quiet in the middle of nature, rooms furnished with a lot of love. The landlord is always cheerful and completely uncomplicated. Nothing is missing in the kitchen. We'll be happy to come back

Appeared to the boss today about vacationing there with a dog, everything was problem-free and super nice, first impression: Unconditionally YES, the recommended walk to Kalkmoor was also incomparable. I'm already looking forward to September. Greetings Wolfgang & Nala the wolfUnfortunately, a lot has changed here since 2018 and the closure in 2019, especially the attitude of the "boss" towards his guests, especially if you dare to criticize.... I scrapped my vacation plan at Rugeshus for 2020 and was otherwise warmly received been.

A beautiful, dreamy and hidden place on the cliffs. Unfortunately the area was very neglected and overgrown with weeds. And no one has probably entered the building for a long time. Too bad!

June 1, 2019. The property is closed, appears uninhabited and is slowly growing over. What a shame! And there is no other place to stop far and wide. Is that Rügen? Immediately on the shore and for the Ascension weekend? Sad!
