First-class holiday apartment in Cuxhaven-Duhnen. Great location on the North Sea, nice decor. And a service that leaves nothing to be desired, from booking to departure.

We had booked the Sea Lights holiday apartment. Overall the apartment was acceptable. It wasn't particularly clean, there were cobwebs everywhere. Unfortunately, the simplest things like garbage bags and toilet paper were not available on site. The baby bed or baby chair advertised online was also not provided, even though we had specified our son when booking. The proximity to the beach was really very short, just a 4-minute walk. Unfortunately I wouldn't book here again, in terms of price/performance it was okay for a week, but I think it can be improved in terms of service and facilities. Cleanliness was okay, the most important things like beds and the bathroom were clean.

Whether someone ties themselves to this company through an agency contract with a holiday home should be carefully considered. We had a contractual relationship with the Harmsen holiday park. In the meantime the name was changed without notice. Probably nothing special today.During this period, we experienced the "third kind" encounter with Ms. Aschoff: locks were changed in our apartment on our own initiative, invoices were presented exclusively in her favor and at the end - after we had terminated the agency contract - there was a denunciation to the city of Cuxhaven because of the assessment of the second home tax. Furthermore, data protection within the meaning of the DSGV is not an issue at all.So, we're glad we're out of the contract. Many other mediators can do much better than Ms. Aschoff!I am very convinced of that.PS: I would prefer not to give this company a star at all, but according to Google that's not possible.This company is a negative example in the Cuxhaven brokerage of holiday apartments on the owner's side.

Super friendly receptionist and the apartment was cozy and modern with a beautiful view of the sea. The only complaint would be that the pillows were too soft. If you put your head on it, you were almost lying on the mattress again.Edit: At the request of the owner. It was the “Seeblick” holiday apartment. Some guests may prefer softer pillows, but unfortunately they were too soft for us personally.

Accommodation Haus Seeschwalbe in Berensch for 1 week.Unfortunately an unkempt first impression! An overall poorly maintained outdoor area, including terrace and garden furniture (more like seating).Torn or missing mosquito nets that were only reinstalled after multiple complaints. The outside area was also prepared a little.Very annoying with only 1 week of planned recovery.Unfortunately we don't recommend it

We stayed in the super cute holiday apartment Flut 7. I've never had such a clean holiday apartment and it's completely true when I say small but nice.Everything needed was there, enough dishes and towels, parking space in front of the house, great internal parking space for bicycles. The other residents in the house were always nice, and I found the short-term telephone information about earlier arrivals because the apartment had already been cleaned to be great and by no means a matter of course.

Perfect service, from booking to departure.We only missed a tea towel or something similar. But we could have requested that ;) Otherwise, apartment 24 Am Wattenweg in Duhnen is superbly equipped!A huge balcony where you can have breakfast in the morning. Unfortunately, no evening sun and no sea view, but the landlord is friendly and the beach is so close.Happy to come back :)
