We were allowed to travel as a family with a baby as part of a Bundeswehr course.Nice hotel, very clean rooms.No matter what request we had, everything was met and nothing was too much.The staff are very friendly and really helpful.We felt very comfortable from day one!It was a great time.

The hotel is beautiful. Unfortunately I was on an educational trip and my company had booked the entire hotel so the service was canceled for us, but it is a very nice hotel and you can't hear anything when the windows are closed. It's a Dream

Nice to look at, probably converted to a kind of high-end self-catering hostel due to a lack of staff. Very hard to get used to.Modern and sparkling inside. Thanks to the OAG parking policy, it is difficult to park the vehicle safely and legally without a parking badge.No own restaurant.

It is located in the center of the town. There is no dedicated parking lot, but the hotel will come with a parking permit, which can be parked in public parking spaces in the town. The balcony has a beautiful view, and the room is quaint but clean. The disadvantage is that the building is relatively old and the floor is difficult to walk on when walking on it. There will be sound, and the breakfast items are rich and delicious. It is recommended to book a room on the official website, which is more favorable than the booking website.

Nice, centrally located hotel. Clean, spacious rooms. Delicious breakfast with lots of choice. The hotel doesn't have its own parking spaces, but you get a parking permit for surrounding parking spaces so you can park for free. Price/performance is right! Booking directly through the hotel website is cheaper than through third-party providers. If we go back to the area we should definitely come back.

The hotel is highly recommended. It is located in the village center and almost everything (except the cable car) is within walking distance. Restaurants, ice cream parlors, pastry shops, souvenirs and outdoor clothing. Our room and the entire hotel have a Bavarian-modern ambience, you feel really comfortable in the room. We had a balcony with a mountain view, a really comfortable double bed, nice, clean bathroom and enough space for two people and a dog. There is a parking permit that allows you to park in the entire village center and we always found a place to park the car right next to the hotel. The breakfast was rich, very tasty and really had everything to offer. Conclusion: we can highly recommend the Hotel Wittelsbach in Oberammergau.

We love Oberammergau, the location is very central, it couldn't be more central! We stayed here for one night for the 2023 theater. Highly recommended. Top! Very clean! Room and bed very good! Especially the breakfast, there was absolutely nothing missing, very tasty. They constantly made sure that the buffet stayed up to date. Family run and very friendly and accommodating! Can only give 5*!

I stayed at the Hotel Wittelsbach for a long weekend (Fri-Tue). The hotel is located right in the center of Oberammergau and everything can be reached on foot in just a few minutes. The room was equipped with everything you need, very clean and had a nice bathroom. The breakfast buffet is very rich and varied. The staff at the hotel are always helpful and friendly. I went motorcycling in Oberammergau with friends. We were allowed to park our motorcycles safely in the back yard of the hotel and the landlord is always on hand to give good tour tips. I can only recommend the hotel and if the opportunity arises, I will definitely book there again.

Great hotel in a best location. This family-run hotel is traditional yet modern in the middle of Oberammergau. We really had a lovely time and felt very welcome. The rooms are nice, clean and cozy. The service is really top and the host is simply a kind person. We'd love to come back.

We booked the hotel very early as part of a tour. We were a bit worried about the parking. But that was no problem with the parking permit. The correspondence worked wonderfully. Our room was a nice size, clean and had a nice bathroom. The location is of course perfect. The places were reserved for breakfast and everything was to our complete satisfaction. All in all, it was a good choice and we will happily come back. Thank you for the lovely stay.

Great, historic hotel in the middle of Oberammergau. It has a good mix of traditional and modern elements. The rooms are equipped with everything you need and the staff is super helpful. The hotel is very old (17th century) but you can't tell from the inside. We felt very comfortable and will definitely come back.
