Have a good trip on the “MS Strandperle”I've never been to Cuxhaven before, but I just had to go to the sea, or Watt depending on the time of day.So I looked online for accommodation and somehow the hotel, the location and the price appealed to me.I booked via their own homepage and then contacted the Wellness Oasis to book a massage.With a bit of luck I got a full body massage. They are booked really well. What was confirmed again on site.Shortly before my arrival I reserved a table. Which was immediately confirmed to me.After an, as expected, somewhat adventurous journey by train and a relaxed taxi ride through Cuxhaven, I arrived.The entrance seems undersized and is a little understated, but it's even nicer inside.Right from the start, I felt like I was on an old cruise ship. This impression became even stronger during our stay.The employee's reception was extremely polite, calm and therefore pleasant.Although the rooms were not guaranteed until 4 p.m., I was able to get into the room at 2 p.m.The employee took me to the elevator, which really made sense the first time.On the way he explained to me when and where I would get breakfast and my meal on the evening of arrival and my massage would take place. I mentioned that I was booking a massage.What can I say, Stephanie Kuck (I asked before if I could mention her by name) is amazing.I've had many massages, but what she did was impressive.She is incredibly empathetic, energetic and you can see the love with which she does her work.I felt very comfortable right from the start, came down, felt like I was flying over the mudflats in the sunshine and then all the tension of the last few weeks and months broke.I'm really grateful to her and would have liked to book another massage, but unfortunately it was already fully booked.But it wasn't just for me that she was really great.When I came and waited, she spoke to another customer who apparently didn't hear very well and explained to her that she couldn't speak so loudly because her colleague was also undergoing treatment.This is exactly where we come to the only complaint I had during my stay. I've already made it known on site.But there are no point deductions or “complaining” at the reception. The rest of the staff knocked it out.So I was lying there, Ms. Kuck was massaging me into other spheres, when suddenly the side tower seemed to be opened, people spoke "loudly" to the other guest and the chair at the spa reception was dragged across the floor instead of being lifted up.But Ms. Kuck managed to quickly put this annoyance aside and relax.However, please: next time please lift the chair and speak at an appropriate volume.Then subsequent guests can also relax.That is certainly not the aim of the house.What I can say after 4 nights on the “MS Strandperle”.Coming here and choosing this house as a haven of relaxation was 100% right and as long as it fits into the planning, I will come back with my family.or alone.The hotel deserves 5 stars, but the same applies here: the staff make the stars.The employees are really great and you can tell that they feel comfortable here. Which is a big compliment to the GF.So you can say. The house does a lot of things right and is always worth a visit!Thank you for the lovely time with you.See you soon!

Nice hotel right on the beach, great breakfast buffet and nice staff. We'd love to come back!!!

I just read a negative review that I find to be outrageous because it is not justified.My husband and I have been going to the Strandperle in Duhnen for many years, and with our granddaughters for 12 years. We feel comfortable every time, in all areas. In the admiral wing, we and our dachshund Flocke are lovingly cared for by Mrs. Bartel. We feel at home in the well-kept rooms. The welcome from Mr. Dohne and Mr. Küster is warm, as is the entire staff, of course. The service in the restaurant corresponds to a 5 🌟 star hotel and is more than attentive. Above all, the interaction with our granddaughters is warm; everyone responds to the girls' special requests.The great breakfast leaves nothing to be desired. Dinner is also a pleasure every day. The kitchen makes almost everything possible. We look forward to it every evening, it's a pleasure. The beach pearl actually deserves more than 5 🌟 stars. We keep coming back, it's like coming home.Thanks
