- Room had cockroaches & spiders- Room was dusty- Bedding was damp & coldTherefore the stay was shortened from 2 nights to 1 night because we couldn't sleep properly for the reasons mentioned.Far too expensive for the deficiencies mentioned and there was no price reduction or refund for the shortened stay.

Cranky old man who is in charge of another hotel as well. Limited parking on a steep slope. Room was old and eating in the room was forbidden.

Didn't meet anyone when checking in. The old gentleman apparently didn't know that anyone was coming, even though I had a booking confirmation from booking.com. His answer was that he wouldn't look at his emails every day. Still waiting for my bill today as it was a business trip. We also got the wrong room. I booked a room with a balcony

0 points lousy“WARNING about the old man!! Naturally complainer, aggressive and insulting. For example, he doesn't like it if you prepare bread in your room. He finds out (inspects the room every day and goes through your personal belongings!) and confronts you about it by yelling and insulting you. Reacting to this calmly/prudently/inclined doesn't help. Talking is not possible here.The room itself is really not great…There were brown stains on the shower curtain right next to the toilet. And there wasn't even hand soap. Constant background noise due to heavy traffic.You’re not doing yourself any favors with this accommodation.”

When I asked whether a later check-in was possible, I was told: "I'm not the Hans-Kaschper here." Ok, sorry for asking. You could also say it in a friendly way.

An incredibly bad experience. After a long journey that ended due to accidents along the way and bad weather, we informed the owner that we would unfortunately arrive later. We were scolded upon arrival and made fun of for everything. Rude and a very nasty man the owner. The next day nothing was done with it either. 1 tip.. don't book. I also see other reviews that are similar.

If possible I wouldn't give a star! Very unfriendly and intrusive host. Check out would have been at 10:00, he pushed us to the reception at 9:30 and there were dirty bed linen and non-working WiFi!Not recommended and never again!!!

After you had booked and paid, a sign on the door asked you to pick up the key at another guesthouse at the other end of town. But no one was found there; No key, no room, the only contact option was by telephone, where no one picked up.

We stayed here during our ski holiday and were very satisfied. The host in particular was our highlight, as he was very friendly with his Bavarian manner and, thanks to his experience, was always able to give good tips for things to do. The room in the attic is modern and very nicely furnished, we felt comfortable.Breakfast is available at a reasonable price in the nearby Ekiko guesthouse or in the bakery opposite, both of which can be reached on foot within a few minutes.Overall it was a very successful stay, we would love to come back!

One of the best cosy rooms I have stayed in. The host is extremely polite and his eccentricity makes your day! The hotel offers mountain views from all sides. You can see the sunrise right from your balcony and the framing of it behind the mountains and church in the front is one of a kind.

Important, tidy, quiet place. The hotel will appeal to those who are not afraid of old buildings, because there is no modernity here. The room has a shower, WC, TV, WiFi. The room is cleaned daily, towels are changed. There is no kitchen. The nearest catering establishment is 5 minutes away. road

With a lot of improvisation you could cook for nine people in the kitchen. Otherwise, all in all, a more functional accommodation that does its job. Good accommodation for little money...
