Like in a picture book.Good connections. Within walking distance of the town.Everything on site.Ms. Stadler is very friendly and accommodating. Always an open ear, there were lots of tips and recommendations, and nice conversations.She made this holiday in your hotel possible for us at short notice.Every morning there was a great breakfast, large selection, something for everyone.All in all, highly recommended.Very welcome again at any time.Manuela & Gianni

Nice place, great breakfast, very welcoming and lovely owner.Sad, that it is allowed to smoke on the shared terrace, all the smoke is coming to the room, forcing to keep windows closed. We asked the neighbour not to smoke there, it didn't help.

Clean, neat and good large rooms with balcony.A good and filling breakfast is served in a cozy dining room.The hotel is within walking distance of the town, which has many good restaurants. There are approximately 500 meters to the cable car and 100 meters to good shopping opportunities.I can only recommend hotelpension Stadler and would love to come again.

A nice little hotel at the beginning of Oberammergau. The head of the hotel was very friendly and caring. The rooms were clean, a little old-fashioned. The view however was excellent. The breakfast is highly recommended and was obviously made with love.

The shower stank of mold, the toilet was dirty and also smelly, everything stank. The bed linen stank of sweat, apparently they don't change it after every customer🤨. The breakfast is not tasty, the egg was served burnt and rotten

Wonderful stay. Great room with a view in the second floor. Breakfast was excellent and always a friendly face. Easy walking distance to everything and great hiking everywhere. Stores 2 mins walk and train station 5 mins. Centrum 10 mins walk.

A nice little hotel on the outskirts, an 8-minute walk from the train station.The owner, Ms. Stadler, is very friendly, warm and accommodating.The breakfast is amazing. Bread rolls from a good baker, some homemade or at least high-quality purchased fruit spreads, no cheap industrial goods, cheese and sausage from regional manufacturers. And very inexpensive too.Beds very good, rooms very clean, good WiFi.It doesn't matter that the furnishings are a bit outdated.I can recommend it without reservation.

The visit to the Passion Festival took us to Oberammergau. We booked 2 nights with breakfast in this highly recommended small hotel.We appreciated the family atmosphere and the warm and caring owner. We enjoyed the delicious breakfast and slept very well in the spacious room. Everything was cozy and clean. Even though our room faced the street, you couldn't hear it when the window was closed. The balcony is accessible from the hallway and offers a beautiful view. The garden is a blooming oasis.We had free parking right in front of the house.The town center is one kilometer away and can therefore be easily reached on foot. During the festivalYou could even use a free shuttle bus. Not far from the hotel there are shopping opportunities in a supermarket and a drugstore. There is also a bike rental service in the neighborhood.
